1) Room was spacious 2) The kids love the pool and the bathtub 3) Great that we chose to purchase the room with breakfast as it was a convenient choice when young children are involved. 4) Good that the propery has indoor playground so young kids have some activity to do. 5) Love that most in-house restaurants have kids' meals, child-seats/high chair and kids' cutlery 6) The convenience of having buggy service. 1) The overwater villa facade is poorly maintained. Will be good to replace with fake plants and flow through structure so that rainwater flows through and will not have stagnant water and not breed mosquitoes. 2) Would be good to show how often the indoor playground is sanitised. 3) Would be good to upgrade the outdoor playground. 4) Would be good to have some beach playground / incorporate more activities which adults and children (below 7) can participate in. 5) Would be good to have more transport options from Singapore.

It was our second time here and the experience was still superb.

People say that the first experience cannot be fully evaluated without experiencing the second experience. And it turns out that the vacation experience there is very worthwhile. Visiting twice in the same month with two different accommodations really gave a very wonderful experience. The first experience was in a premium suite on a scale of 9 and the second experience was in a panoramic suite on a scale of 10 in terms of satisfaction and service received. I admit that I will definitely come back to vacation there in the future. Thank you for my wonderful vacation experience. And after being there twice, I deserve to give you all 10 stars from A to Z, both the staff and the facilities. Thank you. There was nothing bad about this second experience. You gave me an experience that was slightly different from my first vacation there. You provided such great service that I have nothing to complain about.

Very clean, good staff and very quite place to spend time with elderly parents and kids. Variety of food, options for vegetarians. Overall very nice experience? No TV channel in the room

Staff is extremely friendly and very active in cleaning and helping people. This is a real 5 star hotel with all the perks that go along. Highly recommend. Buffet has tons of choice with quality of food. We loved the food. Our trip was too short :-)

An unpleasant smell comes from the toilet floortrap hole. Every time the toilet is used, it is recommended to place air fresheners in the room and toilet.

The beach was not good as expected

room cleanliness, friendly staff, properly maintained facilities. twice we called for buggy services to pick us up from our room to travel to main building, but buggy were not sent to pick us up, after 20 minutes of waiting, we decided to have a long walk there.

the breakfast and the pool in the room was very nice along with the sea view, the cocktails at the loight house was also very nice. the location is also convinient. the lack of parking was disappointing, and the buggies at certain time are rather busy and the waiting time is long, i am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded 1+ weeks later
