Villea Port Dickson

The 3 bedroom villa was cosy and comfortable. The bedding and toiletries provided were good quality. We liked the facilities provided like volleyball court, table tennis, etc. I wish Villea could be more pro-active in beach clean up. There was a lot of trash, water bottles, plastic cups strewn all over the beach front including the area with direct access from Villea. It may help to provide more dustbins.

The swimming pool was the highlight of the hotel. Especially if you have kids, my kids love the pool. Kids room was not bad It felt like the room need to be vacuumed.

First, room is clean and comfortable. Second, breakfast also have many type that can choose. Third, kids also play fun in the kids swimming pool. Overall everything is okay

Breakfast was nice. Location wise is also good, got activities for me and my family members. The staff was nice as well.

Overall is good, friendly staff especially front desk. They are very helpful n friendly. Breakfast buffet is good with various varieties of foods. Small disappointment only no bath tub despite hotel facilities including bathtub. My daughter so excited prepared bath bomb to use during our stay. When she found out not bath tub in room, she keep on asking us where’s bathtub.

Quite far from everything else, 40 mins to PD town. The beach was also considerably dirty / small when high tide.

We booked a 3 bed-room apartment, the room is big and clean. The location is very near to the beach. The swimming pool is amazing. There was a small section of the floor that was torn, and the lift was not working during my stay.

I also love the location which is a walking distance to the eco park. The hike trail is easy, and we were able to jam packed our staycation with some nature watching activities. I love everything except the bugs and cockroaches. There were 2 cockroaches in our bathroom which we were super shocked but they died soon after. So it wasnt that bad. Its understandable for these things to happen as the hotel is right next to the jungle. It did not ruin anything for us and the room is always clean and the staff really takes extra care so these things doesnt happen anymore.

Close to the sea behind. Cosy room. We were given a room with a leaking toilet. There was a lot of water on the floor at the side of the wall leaking from the toilet making it difficult unless you wore slippers to avoid your feet getting wet. Seems to have the problem before we moved in but not fixed. We were in block F. Next door had a little baby who was crying during the middle of the early hours of the night (it's a very family oriented hotel) The bathroom sink had a clog issue. Water was stagnant and draining very very slowly. Parking is first come first serve, otherwise you will have to find parking outside the hotel side road.

Room is clean and staff are all nice. The sink in the toilet is not working well.

Overall I did not enjoy the hotel at all - the price per night is certainly not worth it at all The room was dirty and full of bugs like spiders and crockroaches

The pools are nice. My son loves it very much! Nothing

We liked the room size of 417 and facilities of Villea Port Dickson. But what really turn me off is the quality of house keeping. When my family was about to go to bed, we found that the bed sheets were stained and the blanket sheets had what looks like blood stain and some food stains. These were not small stains. The sheets look like they were never change and were probably just dusted with a feather duster after previous customer checked out. This is unacceptable even for a 4 star accomodation with a 3pm check in time and a 12 pm check out time. That should have been more than enough time for House Keeping to do a good complete clean with a final inspection before allowing the rooms to be use by the next customer. When we found these stains it was already around 11.30pm. I called house keeping and requested new sheets but was informed house keeping had ended their services at 11pm. Unknown to me at that time the lady on the phone that I was speaking to was actually from Front Desk. She kindly inform me she will attend to my request after expressing my dissatisfactions with house keeping. After approximately 20 minutes, she arrived with security and they both changed the sheets. I would like to thank Amelia from front desk and security Hazrul for going above and beyond their responsibility to attend to a late night house keeping request and trying to find clean sheets. Lastly, this is for House Keeping team, there is also a big patch of black mold above the bathroom ceiling. You need to do better. Spacious room and apartment,good breakfast and easy access to swimming pool The carpet was not so clean,the equipment of breakfast was not working well such as toaster and coffee machine..coffee machine taste like burnt beans..no cutlery in the room either..refrigerator not cool..

We had a pleasant stay. Staff are all accommodating. I thought I reserved for a balcony room but instead got a room without it.

Late check out should be extended until 1 pm
