I got the room mainly due to the pool amenity. It wasn't available due to remodeling. Upon reading later reviews, I see this has been a thing. I'm still awaiting my deposit hold. It took 30 minutes to get into my room due to the key not working. I was told to go back and forth to the front until it did. The next morning I was unable to get extra towels. I was told by Jane they didn't have any but none were brought when the full cart was moving around so all of us couldn't shower. I was told there was no management and couldn't get information anyone higher to speak to. I was told he wouldn't speak to me. I'm very low maintenance. The lack of resolution and just "Hey, I don't know what to tell you"...is confusing. Not to mention being confused because the listed hotel is not the name on the building.

Tv' did not work, the pool was closed, and no breakfast was served. The staff was very rude and management was even worse. Straight up ghetto!

I hope once renovation is done it ill be a nice place to stay.

The property was under renovation, but setting that aside, the room we had was freshly renovated and was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel was in the process of a name change and renovation. Moving from the Rodeway Inn to a Comfort Inn. This was not noted on the website. The pool was closed and there was no breakfast. The entire first floor was being renovated. The staff was helpful and parking was great. If traveling to that location again we would stay however only if the hotel was complete and the amenities advertised were available.

everything was awful. we did not stay
-
Awful. Everything was under construction. Me and my son had to walk down a hallway that was under construction and not safe just to get ice. No vending machine like it said there was. TV was broke. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Nothing they said they had they had. Food under the couch bed my son slept in. Super gross. Very disappointed in hotel. Was never told that they was under construction and in the change of hotel names. Awful experience

still under construction. some things were visibly dirty ie corners of bathroom and spilled coffee on walls.

The renovations seem to be coming along. But we were not made aware that they were renovating. I think they should not be open during their renovation. It was a mess. The elevator was messed up. No smoke detector in our room. We were given the wrong key and walked in on someone sleeping naked! Got the right key from a gossiping employee about how incompetent the others are.

We stayed in place on 7/11/26 till 7/12/26 Place is under construction something we wasn’t aware off, shower leaked water all over the floor in the bathroom, the bathroom paint was melting off the walls, the TV remotes wasn’t connected to the TV we couldn’t turn it off or on did asked the front desk for help got told no it was to late, hallway didn’t have no carpet so you was able to hear everyone passing by.

First room was unsatisfactory. Second room was way better, glad to get room changed.

Room was very nice & newly remodeled everything looked to brand new. Front desk clerk didn't have change for my deposit so I had to give a $200 deposit for the weekend. Checked in on Friday 6/26/2026 & our room had NO HOT WATER. The morning clerk changed our room to a room that had hot water & I was very thankful for that cause there was several people complaining about not having hot water. They also had no breakfast for their guest. They should have closed until they were done with the renovation of the hotel inside of having people to deal with the inconvenience of the renovations.

Under renovation. No pool, gym, or breakfast. Didn't know prior to booking. Halls were a mess from renovation.

I see the project and the remodeling will make a great hotel, but not now when the floors are dusty and in the middle of construction. I want my money back. Stop offering this hotel until you are sure is ready to host travelers.

Was under construction and we were never notified. No pool no breakfast parking was a joke.
-
That shower leak all over the floor
-
Supposedly open during construction, drove there only to find out you can’t even see the entrance. Can’t stay if you can’t get in.
-
Power out refused to give refund took 4 days to get hotel.com to issue it, name of hotel didn’t match either

We had made reservations to stay at the Rodeway Inn last night, June 13th. 2026. We showed up at 10:00 p.m. And the entire hotel was dark and it didn't look as though anyone was in the lobby or the parking lot. So we had to go find another hotel. I want to make sure that I am not charged for this stay because we were not able to get into the hotel. I understand that because of the power outage and the tornadoes that this may not have been possible, but we were not ever told that we were not going to be able to use our reservations.

Upon arrival to hotel there was an unexpected deposit, there were no amenities available, not even sheets that fit the bed I was give two little sheets to tie together for a bed. There was no coffee pods with the coffee pot, the handicap parking spots were blocked unable to park there with my handicapped parent, the floor was busted up in places the lobby ceiling was leaking bad enough that they had mop buckets and buckets under it. Was told that the room we were getting was brand new, but yet there was lots of food under the pullout couch.
