Just hope they have the pool repaired the next time we stay. This is twice that the pool was not in working order while we were there.

Right now the hotel is in pretty bad shape. I guess it got significant storm damage. When we were there the lobby was closed for repairs as was the pool. In the hallways the carpet wasn't glued down and there was trim off and some renovation supplies just lying around. The room was fine. Clean. Everything worked. And the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was Cheerios and milk, yogurt, or half thawed frozen sausage and egg sandwiches you had to microwave yourself. For almost $100 a night I would not stay again. I have slept in nicer hostels.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. Hotel was kind of rundown. No hot water in the shower. No working wifi. Noise from trains nearby blowing whistles.

The bed was clean but everything else dirty

Great customer service

They closed the indoor pool because of lightning outside. INDOOR Pool. They had the pool closed for the rest of my stay because of storm damage. There was no storm. The place is run by idiots , not professionals.I am a rewards member and will never stay in that hotel again.

They were laying new carpet in the halls which was ok. The lobby was closed due to that. In our room the refrigerator did not work, the TV was small and we had to jiggle the cable wire to get a good reception. The caulk around the sink was awlful. The pool was closed. No ice in the ice machines and breakfast was awlful not much there. Our bed was comfortable though. I would not stay there again and was going to ask for a refund but just wanted to get the heck out of there. It was a quick overnight on our way to Wisconsin. Oh and it took us an hour to get connected to wi fi and then it kept going in and out.

The renovations are underway, Breakfast room was roomy but breakfast selection was small. Plenty of parking but back parking lot was unlit so spooky. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Although newly renovated with very pretty colors. We found that the bathroom was unclean with food, bugs and another person’s hair all over the floor. The worst part was finding another persons toothpaste and food spit still in the sink. Large blood looking stain on the floor too! Totally unacceptable but since the place was sold out… we could not change rooms. .

This hotel was extremely ran down and disgusting. There was trash and loads of cigarette butts all around the parking and around the building. The AC barely worked and there were holes painted over in our room ceiling. I will NOT be staying there again and I don't recommend it. I didn't feel safe at the hotel or around other tenants.

A spill right inside door never got cleaned up. Was there when we got there and was still there after 2 night stay. Had to step over it every time we came in or out. Park8ng lots were dirty. Empty Pallets in parking spots. Not many convenient parking spots either.

Room was nice. Could tell it was in a remodel phase with new carpet being installed and other modernizing going on. End of the day location and proximity to the beach with a family, vs the price was a no brainer. Just know this ain’t the ritz Carleton and know you didn’t pay the price for it either. All other accommodations were provide. Clean room no bugs, breakfast fully available at 0830 and staff assisting when needed. Aka $100 worth it per night. Tons of cigarettes butts outside and overflowing trash cans outside. But it was Saturday so I assume folks partied a little.

The desk clerk John, I love seeing him there anytime I stay there sweetheart and very knowledgeable guy. You want to know where any good places to eat just ask him

The water only got lukewarm warm even with it as hot as it would go. Outside our room window was a pair of boxers on the ground. The AC unit was working to good haha it was set at 68 but felt like 58. The also had motion sensor light near the door when you walk in great idea for that however every time I rolled over in bed it would turn and I would get up and turn it off. The room was very quiet and they are updating the property which looks very nice and will look great once they are complete.

You might want to wait until they have finished the repairs after the tornado that damaged the building a month ago.

nothing Found dead bed bus on our bed

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. Every hallway was dirty or torn apart, the whole place wreaked of cigarettes, and after five seconds in our room my children and I were completely covered in flea and we had to stand In the parking lot and spray all of our stuff and ourselves before we could even go back into our vehicle. My children are traumatized and we’re crying and are now covered in bites all over their legs. This place should be condemned and torn down. The staff threatened to call the cops on my boyfriend for wanting a refund and we’re just terrible to deal with. Fortunately we got our money back and got the hell away from there as soon as we were able to. DO NOT AND I REAPEAT DO NIT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

Not able to check in

The room we crashed in looked normal at first, but then we looked closer. Is that the remnants of a dropped strawberry Sunday on the floor- or a scene of a viscous crime with Strawberry Shortcake? We gathered further clues that the bathroom was clearly used but long since forgotten. Mold all around the tub and shower- broken pieces of the wall, a delicate dried-on splash of urine on the toilet seat. Yes, it seems whoever was here last left in a hurry. As did we. Can’t comment on the breakfast as we high-tailed it out of there in the morning. There was only one redeeming feature- the kind and thoughtful person who checked us in. He was great

Wasn't informed the pool was closed. Also going through a re-model so the motel wasn't in the best shape.
