The towels were stained brown and yellow. So gross!

Broken window to room - 176 - they won’t fix. It floods- I won’t ever return. This was room number 3 that flooded. I have been here three weeks and can’t wait to leave.

To be fair the room looked exactly like the pictures.

Booked 2 rooms. 1 room smelled of VERY STRONG cigarette smoke. The other room, the shower in the bathroom had not been cleaned. It still had a wet wash cloth hanging inside and hair and trash gathered up at the drain. If it was the only hotel available, I would sleep in my car.

Location was perfect for my vacation adventures I booked a 14 night stay-- I was greeted with over whelming cigarette & marijuana smell walking into building,I already felt gross, first night I literally had to put towels around the door frame because the smell was so incredibly intense. I eventually went out and got some plug ins. The floors were very dirty, of all the towels and ALL bed linens were stained with black and yellow, as if they were washed without detergent, I'm glad I brought some of my own to use instead. The frustration was 50% of my vacation, I was in my room all day when " they knocked to clean the room" I never heard knocking cleaning never happened .I asked the front desk if I could at least get new bed sheets, he said no they only clean on Tuesdays. Each time I needed toilet paper I had to go down to the front desk and ask and since I missed the room cleaning, I insisted that I get new bed sheets I had to bring my old ones to show that I was not taking them lol in order to get new ones. I honestly felt like I was bothering them. I felt more organized clean etc when I lived in Hawaii for a month off grid. I want to give them a second chance however I'm doomed to faceplant again! My 14 night stay was very nerve-racking due to hotel experience.

I arrived just as thunderstorms and a tornado has shut off power to his hotel and to everything else in a very wide area. The staff asked me if I wanted to stay there without power and I agreed because driving was difficult. Since they couldn't make a key, they walked me to my room and opened it with their master key. Fortunately I had a small flashlight and could see enough. It seemed clean and had a kitchenette which I couldn't use. Bed was reasonably comfortable.

Room was somewhat clean, but I always wipe it down myself and there was a lot of residue & untouched dirt. The shower hadn’t been cleaned at all. The building halls smell “old” and like cigarette smoke. Rooms are “newly remodeled,” but you can tell they cut a few corners.

The ac worked great

Bad odor, bathroom shower looked unclean, old and shower walls were peeling off. There was soap or shampoo left on shower door. Very hot in the hallways. I would not stay there again or recommend
