I used to manage a choice hotel property and I can not imagine how this property is able to keep its franchise license. This is by far the worst maintained choice property I have ever been in. Every single trash bins on the property were overflowing with garbage. The rooms were by far the dirtiest of any hotel/motel room ive ever been in. As soon as you walk into the property, the stench of illegal drug mixed w dirty carpet is unbearable. By far the dirtiest hotel/motel I've ever experienced.

This is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The door handle was broke to our room, you had to manually push the handle back up to lock it. The floor was falling apart, the floor tiles moved when we walked. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was dark cement corner of an already tiny bathroom, I refused to use the shower. Every towel we had in our room was dirty, stained brown and one had what looked like old blood on it. The sheets were also dirty and had hair on them. If it hadn’t been for the power outage from the storms we would’ve left this hotel upon check in. It was probably because the room was in such poor condition but I felt something crawling on me all night, I left my extra pillow from home in the room because I was scared of bringing home any unwanted guests. I will be in Northern Indiana again soon and I will NOT be staying here again. Ever!

Amazing place to stay

Great place to stay, staff was very friendly!

This property is near complete disrepair. The rooms had a horrible odor and were not clean. We went to take showers and the shower was not only clean but also had the previous guests used soap in there. The sheets were not clean and they were soiled. Staff hardly spoke English and the vending machines were not maintained.

It was a fine stay. Helpful staff easy check in. Clean rooms. The hallway smelled slightly of smoke.

Room was clean and building was quiet. 3rd time here. It’s good for the price

Terrible hotel. Better to sleep in the car and Love' s truck stop.

Pet friendly was great. Bathroom was terrible and in desperate need of repair. Tiles off front of shower & uneven tiles in shower. Room was not that clean talking basic sweep and mop of the floor. No soap, no shampoo wasn't told if these were available at front desk.

The room was dirty bathroom floor had hair everywhere the towels were dirty with hair the air conditioner didn't work it was noisy

I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The room we were given was absolutely filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was mold growing on the walls and floor in the bathroom. The nightstands had never been wiped off. I had to wipe down the entire room. I would have gone to another motel but there was no other motel in the area that had an available room. I had reserved a room at another hotel but the reservation got mixed up. I will never stay at this motel again. There are also no amenities.

Not bad for the price, room was clean, no smells, process over all seamless. Would stay again.

Honestly the most terrible Econolodge I have ever been to. The hotel was very dirty overall, the room seemed like someone else was still in there as the bed was made but it was still dirty. Things got left behind that weren't cleaned up or thrown away, the floor in the bathroom was completely dirty & sink as well. The air conditioner had visible dust all over the place & microwave door was broken. I understand is an economic hotel but wow the service truly terrible. The guy at the front desk kept going away & putting a sign that said "back in 5 minutes" but I had to wait about 20 minutes standing there like an idiot till he came back, this happened about 3 times. The room overall was just in terrible conditions, will not be staying there ever again.

The staff was friendly but we did not stay. In the first room, the bathroom was flooded. We were given a different room and it had roaches. Would not recommend to anyone. The front desk girl was obviously doing her best, but the owners need to put serious work into this place.

Nothing, sh!t hole , mold disgusting place

I've seen a ton of bad reviews but the room was clean it smelled good and staff was always helpful the entire week. I would stay there again

the floor we were on had a horrible smell. The shower was filthy had hair all over the drain and spider hanging from the shower wall. bathroom floor was broken. we only had two pillows and no soap at all. we will never return.
