Everything was perfect, the location, facilities and more importantly Carmen who helped us with the booking mistake (our fault), she was amazing. She literally saved our vacation and ensured we had a great room and stay. We love the breakfast, it amazing and had a lot of variety, the restaurant and the bar amazing as well. All the staff were great and welcoming. The facilities were great and we loved it. We rented a car and could go to the city 15 min drive, you can walk down to the beach and to the port, there are many restaurants nearby. You can park nearby or park at the property. If I was visiting Mallorca again would book here.

Our suite was wonderful. Location perfectly accessible to everywhere. Breakfast great. No mini bar, no room service.

The pool, rooftop bar, breakfast were amazing... the room was spacious and having two balconies was fantastic for drying clothes and enjoying the scenery. The staff was always extra considerate and accommodating. The surrounding restaurants closed earlier than if in the city, as well as restaurant at hotel. But thats a personal thing for our long days at sea or in the city and getting hungry late.

Lovely restaurant outside area great choice of food for breakfast Freak with her it was cold a couple of days and the heating was on summer mode. The chamber made was lovely and got his sex blankets.

Breakfast was outstanding Music at the rooftop bar was too loud to hold any conversation.

Location was great! The room was very spacious and we absolutely loved the breakfast. Amazing hotel! We would stay here again. Wish the restaurant was opened until later. Other than that, we loved it

The rooftop, pool area, and breakfast

The breakfast was really delicious - a vide range of fruit, vegetables, cheese and cakes. The juices were not so good. It was quite obvious, that it was cheap factory made juices. There was a chef who made omelets. It was really nice. The hotel area was clean and the staff was really kind and helpful. There was a nice heated spa which was nice since the pool was cold and not heated. The spa area was free and also very nice. Clean room and okay beds. We went in the end of April which was nice because of the weather and the amount of people. We had booked a hotel with a sea view, which was nice. Unfortunately, we were not able to spend much time on our balcony because our neighbours were heavy smokers, and the smoke drifted straight into our balcony and bedroom. If the neighbours did not smoke, we could smell the cigarette ash in their ashtray. I would suggest that the hotel change its smoking policy and offer special smoking areas. I would also suggest that the hotel require that guests wear normal clothes and not bikini tops and swimsuits for breakfast. The first night we had dinner at the hotel. I ordered a Cesar Salad and my friend offered a pizza. I had to return my salad because the chicken that I had was reheated and very dry. The waiter brought me a new salad but it was the same problem the second time. In the end I ended up not having any dinner. The hotel is located in an expensive area and everything costs more than other parts fx Palmanova, which is only a couple of kilometers away.

Service, Breakfast, Location Walls thin you coudl hear the above floor scraping the chair across the floor and people slamming the front doors. The room when we first got in smelled so strongly of bleach, to much!

Everything From the wonderful smell as you walk in the foyer to the cleanliness, friendly staff, location and incredible buffet. The honeycomb at breakfast was a glorious touch Nothing

Good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. There was no king size bed. The cleaning wasn’t that good.

The bedsheets were plastic underneath. Woke up sweating on most nights.

Communal areas very nice and they did a great breakfast. Rooms were a bit basic

Very attentive and serviceminded staff. Great variety at the breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the restaurant a lot. Very clean rooms and common spaces. The pool area and the rooftop bar were also top notch. A little disappointed that the sauna in the spa-area wasn't working as there wasn't much else to do there. No big deal though.

Breakfast time was my favourite. The food was delicious and plenty to choose from. The fresh bread was good and we were ready for a relaxing day around the pool. The location was excellent . We had no problems getting on the bus and exploring Palma town. We shall be back again.

Great selection of breakfast and everyday was different. Staffs are super pleasant and helpful. They all spoke some level of English. Hotel was beautifully decorated inside and outside. Room was big, shower was great and balcony was a plus. The newly opened rooftop bar was amazing. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset one night. Like most of the hotels, the walls were paper thin and you heard everything from your neighbour.
