It could have been a bit cleaner in the room especially in the corners and less used areas, but that is a quick fix and not that much of an issue.

Antonella and Evaristo were brilliant hosts. They were very kind and helpful. The breakfast in the cafe downstairs was delicious . We will will definitely be returning to this perfect little b n b. The view from the balcony of the sea and the slopes of Vesuvious were fantastic.

The bed and breakfast had a fantastic location close to amazing restaurants. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony looking directly at Mount Vesuvius. The breakfast in the mornings was a great start to the day! The owners were very welcoming and communication was great! Nothing

Clean and tidy, very lovely hosts. In a good location to easily get around the city by bus or train.

The room was very tidy, and owners kept cleaning it through the days of our stay. New toileteries everyday, owners are polite and kind with their guests. Great relation Price/Quality

Exceptional

Great location if you plan to visit Naples, Pompeii and Vesuvius. Train station to Naples is 15 minutes away, from where you can get to city center. Apartment was cosy and we even get to chose between larger and smaller room. We were offered a drive from the airport for a good price. Breakfast was included in the price and you can have traditional Napoletan breakfast and delicious coffee in the bar downstairs.

A great starting point for visiting Naples, Pompeii and Vesuvius.

We discovered a little gem in Portici. The owners were friendly and gave us good advice about everything we needed to know: how to get to Herculaneum, to Pompeii, to Vesuvius, the best places to eat and drink. The owner picked us from the airport at arrival and dropped us off to our ferry when we left, against a fee. The room was very cosy and clean, with a nice balcony from where we could see the sea at one side and the Vesuvius at the opposite side. Also very important for July, the air conditioning unit worked and was not noisy. The breakfast was at at the café downstairs and consisted of an Italian pastry and a coffee or cappuccino. The café staff were also very friendly. Will definitely like to return for our next vacation. We liked everything.

Exceptional

Very nice and very clean house. Great location. Antonella, our host, is extraordinary woman: she is lovely and very helpful. Nothing is a problem for her. We cannot be more grateful. The hotel is around 20 minutes from a train station and 35 minutes from excavation in Ercolano. We have no car so it is important for us to know. Naples: around 15 minutes by train; Pompeii: 45 minutes. From Pompeii we had a bus to Vesuvius. To every place you can buy tickets at the gate. I can't share any pictures of the B&B, however, the ones shown by "booking.com" are corresponding to the actual state of the rooms so, I can honestly recommend Alex's Home and I give my highest rate to it. We liked everything. The cleanliness was exceptional, location was good, the room was so comfortable, beautiful balcony, and breakfast was also good. The owner was so nice. When we reached there, we couldn’t decide about the exact location, but the lady (owner) came outside for us. strongly suggest this bnb.
