The pool was full of mold and crud. The two jacuzzi were nasty . Neither of them had working jets . It was basically a community bathtub . The people at the front desk were interesting… We probably would have been more comfortable camping in a tent . At least we know what we would be getting

Room had a bit of a smell and staff at check in was not very friendly. Other than that, the stay was fine.

The problems started the moment I stepped into the lobby, which was overpowered by the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. The general condition of the common areas is incredibly worn-out and instantly depressing. Upon checking into my room, I was appalled. The cleanliness was practically non-existent. There was dust covering every surface, from the lamps to the furniture. The most disgusting discovery, however, was finding multiple hairs on the bed. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned, if at all. I went straight to the front desk to complain, and to their credit, they moved us to a second room. Sadly, the second room was no better. While the bed looked cleaner, the entire room was incredibly filthy and felt completely neglected. The bathroom was a horror show. There was mold and mildew in the shower grout and corners, and grime that had clearly been there for a very long time. It felt deeply unsanitary to even be in there. The lack of basic maintenance is shocking. The coffee maker was grimy, drawers were stained and damaged inside, and electronics were caked in dust and lint. The level of filth is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that commands a "Plaza" title. The whole place is tired, dirty, and broken. It feels like management has completely given up. Also the Zero Lounge attached to the hotel was amazing. Events nightly, spacious game room and friendly staff.

There is a serious moisture problem; the carpet felt wet the entire time. We were in a non-smoking room but people in neighboring rooms would smoke out on the patio and that would waft into our room even with the patio door closed.

there was no complimentary breakfast the bathroom did not have any safety bars in case of falls plus it was so small the staff was very friendly and professional the hotel was clean

Everything in room didn’t work

The house cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and were very eager to help. The front desk staff were nice, too. We loved how Stacks was attached to the hotel. Great place to have breakfast! Delicious food and so many choices! A couple of things that could have been better: There were big stains on both sides of the cushion on the chair in our room, so we couldn't use it. And, the bass from the music at the club kept me up until, at least, 1 am. The music alone would have been ok but it was the boom, boom of the base that did it.

Wish they would have offered a breakfast

NO RESTRAUNT ONLY A DIVE BAR in the Basement. Excellent breakfast place.
-
pool was great. But hot tubs did not work.
-
They rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating.
-
The room had the basic needs but the bathroom needed updating and maintenance. They offered a pool and gym but I did not take advantage of them. The attached restaurant (Stacks) had great options.

The Zero bar and the breakfast place saved this place for us!

Easy place to find, quick check-in, clean room, lots of places to eat, interstate 95 close by. Very happy with my choice!

Bed and linens were clean. Carpet was vacuumed. Bathroom was worn and in need of some repairs: wallpaper seams peeling in areas, toilet was on somewhat of an angle, bath tiles had some cracks, shower curtain rod was rusted on ends attached to walls, wood frame on mirror was worn. Balcony looked dirty. Elevator was sketchy but worked. Pool has vinyl lining with wrinkles on the bottom. Found that to be really weird. Hot tub jets were really weak. Place is very pricey for what you get. However, staff was extremely kind and pleasant. Pancake restaurant on site was wonderful: great food and great service.

The pool lining was also loose in places and in dire need of repair. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable

No cleaning in the room even if i ask

Our room was fine, but was on the small side and could have had more surface area to put things on. The continental breakfast, apart from the scrambled eggs in a slow cooker, juice and oranges, was mostly packaged stuff. Overall, I would recommend Queen Anne’s Revenge.

It was an ok place to stay.
