Le seul bémol c’est que l’endroit aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement des tapis

Expensive for the quality offered. The room had a strong, unpleasant humid and musty smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the condition and comfort of the hotel did not match the price we paid. For this price range, I expected a much cleaner, fresher, and better-maintained room.

It was a decent place for a good price. Although we didn’t use the outdoor pool, it looked really nice and I would use it if I were to stay again. While the place was clean and seems to have some updates, there were some things that could have been fixed up. The pillows were a little lumpy and the table in our room was wobbly.

The price of the inn was fair The hotel room curtains did not fully close. I felt like it was lacking privacy. There bed sheets had dark stains on them. I’m not sure if the sheets were even washed after the prior guest. Possible bed bugs. I woke up with three dots on my leg that could be from a bed bug

We arrived at the building and the outside door to the building didn’t close tightly unless you pulled it tight or let it slam, so people that didn’t stay there could come in. The grounds outside were ok. The room inside smelled very musty. The room was dated which was fine. For a reservation of 4 they had 2 towels and washcloths. We went to the desk and asked for 2 more sets and was told they would bring them down. They brought 1 set down. So one person was unable to shower. At about midnight the room down the hall had someone banging at the door yelling. The person in room and the guy that was banging were in hall being very loud and the girl in the room was screaming for him to leave. That went on for a long time. We ended calling the front desk to complain and it was over a half hour and no one showed up. We ended up calling 911 because it was escalating more and drugs were mentioned. When they did finally call back and say he left property. Which we already knew because person in room gave money to get him an Uber. We asked if there would be money back and they rudely said if you would have called earlier he would have been removed sooner cause it took time to get someone to come over. Very unprofessional. We were very nervous when they takes about drugs there could have been weapons.

It was July and very busy vacation time in Maine. I had to book in Portland away from old Port where I was staying for the next couple of nights. I felt safe and it was an absolutely beautiful room, much larger than I’ve been in, in any other hotel. I had problems with exterior doors getting in with the card after I checked in and had problems with the password as given to me originally for Wi-Fi which unfortunately took up almost an hour to resolve having to keep walking back to the front desk from my room Continental breakfast was served at 7 AM and all doors were locked to the front desk area until exactly 7 AM when doors were opened. ??? when I checked in there was a family that had just come from the beach and we’re hoping to take a swim in the pool and the pool had its cover on and I could see how disappointed the kids were . It was 70° outside. Perfect pool weather. Pricing for rooms can vary as someone checking in after me paid less for their room having called the hotel versus my booking through bookings or hotel.com.

Run by very nice people. Close to the airport. Good price point. Older property, but in good condition.

Outside the building was questionable but when we got in the room we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful when we had trouble opening the door. Don't judge a book by it's cover is the motto. Just what I stated above. Dress up the outside just a little. Otherwise it was a good experience overall.
