Hampton Inn & Suites Portland West

Bed was comfortable The room was in dire need of maintenance. The door would not lock, the fridge did not work, the shower door would not stay closed, the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall, and there were marks on the wallvand a cabinet that woul not close.

The room and common areas were clean. The staff was helpful. The barn door bathroom doors did not create much privacy from others in the room because of the gaps around the door.

Tidy & neat environment , friendly & accommodating staff , good breakfast , Safe & quiet place , accessible to shops & restaurants.

Proximity to Jetpprt, indoor pool and gym were great. good breakfast selections of hot and cold foods. Ice maker and guest laundry available. The room carpet was kind of sticky feeling, it wasn't all that humid so im not sure what it was- if it needs to be cleaned or what. Everything else was great!

We had to request toilet paper a couple of times, and I wish there would have been more options for the tv- no prime, hulu, paramount, etc.

I stayed here for one night on way down from Maine to Boston so was a great place as just off Highway. Huge room/suite, clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast Nothing

It was your typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special. It would have been nice if they had more healthy options. They had yogurt and oatmeal that didn't look very appetizing.

The breakfast was good, there were some different options on the two nights we were there. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the river behind the property. It is a little ways from the downtown area, but not unreasonably far. Hotel was great, just wished it was walking distance to the Harbor area.
