GREAT! Awesome Location! Great Property

nice clean well maintained large hotel -- not close to tourist destinations

Comfy night's sleep at the Westin. Enjoyed that there is a shuttle to drop you off for dinner.

Called ahead that we were in town to get checked in early, we got the ok. However when we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready and put us on another room. Absolutely no view or anything pleasant outside window and toilet ran and wouldn’t stop after a flush. Told front desk and they would send someone. The running stopped but it made dripping noises all the time. Had to keep bathroom door closed. AC ran all the time. Felt like it never got to temp and took 5 minutes to get water warm in the shower. Not what I would expect from. Westin. A bit disappointed with our stay.

great clean cozy place centrally located.

My husband and I traveled with our daughter and son in law and 4 dogs. We were worried it would be a lot but hotel staff was so welcoming and friendly, offering the dogs treats and suggesting dog friendly restaurants to go to. The hotel was clean and very accommodating with our ‘pack’. We will definitely stay here again!

Very sketchy to walk down to the waterfront

The staff was not very nice or helpful during our stay.

I would recommend using valet parking and I wish I knew this ahead of time. I had prepaid for parking which turned out to be a garage in an adjacent building. I had to park, take the elevator down to the first floor, walk down a hallway, through a courtyard, through a side door, down another hallway to get to the lobby just to check in. There wasn’t good signage directing me which added to the frustration. Add to this that I was traveling with my dog and was put in the middle of the sixth floor even though I requested something on a low level near an exit to make walking my dog easier. This made it very stressful for me dog going up and down the elevators. On a lower floor I could have used the stairs. I learned that just because a hotel advertises pet friendly that only means that pets are allowed. This hotel is not “pet friendly “

I asked for staff to help with luggage upon checkout and nobody ever came. For the overpriced stay it was the worst we have been to. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.

Not a great location in Portland. Hotel staff was friendly enough but not overly helpful. The area is rundown. We witnessed homeless people using drugs on hotel property on multiple occasions. Disappointing since we’ve loved Portland over the years and had good luck at this hotel. Not worth the money, and would not recommend.

Breakfast option was very good providing full breakfast for $10. Shuttle was very helpful in getting around as parking difficult at most restaurants.
