My room was dirty I told the morning after check in and no one came. There were blood stains on the sheets and bathroom floor. The lady that came to change the sheets in the night was sweet but we had to ask way too many times.

Our stay was very comfortable for our family (2A+1 15-year old). We arrived late to check in and were given an accessible room which was not in its self bad but dealing with what comes with that in terms of the bathroom was not ideal as it was not very comfortable showering or using the bathroom without having the privacy we were used to at home (the doors did not lock, and there was a long shower curtain with a seat giving no room to move around without the curtain touching you. Other than that the stay was great. Parking is $50 per night valet, the streets surrounding the building are one way. The $15.00 breakfast is not really worth the money, I recommend eating outside the hotel.

My check-in process unfortunately didn’t go as smoothly due to technical errors on their end, which impacted my trip. The staff was friendly and responsive and I was told they corrected the issue. However - I still need to see results. The lobby and gym were very clean. My room however had some issues. The floors are some type of wood looking vinyl and it was lifting in the bathroom and near the window.
