Great location and easy parking.

Great stay!
-
We only stayed two nights, but our stay was lovely and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and kind!
-
Kinda smells funny. Hallways are visibly dated and very meh. Room was clean and didn't see any bugs.

Location is good. Close to pretty much anywhere that a tourist would need and want. Can’t deny that. Some of the staffs were super kind but there were some people that quite surprised me to the extent that i suspect if this is so called “micro aggression.” Im still surprised this happened non other place but Portland where welcoming diversity is emphasized.

The staff were genuinely really nice to talk to and gave good recommendations about the area close by for food. The room was clean and bedding was really comfortable

Loved it!

One thing I will mention is they could do a better job of maintenance walk throughs. If maid service not capable of noticing things then actual maintenance team. I quickly noted heavy sliding bathroom door was about to lose a roller, and that the rolling channel end screw was about out. Easy to notice when door was closed. It was tight at top, and 2"+ gap at bottom. Also missing a washer/nut for toilet to floor. Nothing we could not maneuver around for our 2 nights, but could get ugly if someone not careful stays there. Went and told front desk and showed pictures. They said would fix next day while we were out. They attached roller and added nut to toilet, but did not address channel. Also had 1 light by bed not working and sink drains Extremely slow.

We loved the place, rad location and the staff are supa nice. The loud fire alarm went off twice. Once in the middle of the night but the staff were so sweet and apologetic and gave us breakfast! The beds are supa comfy!
-
A unique hotel. Hospitable and friendlly Staff. They made my stay so personal. Every detail in the room was impeccable. The beddings were soft and comfortable. I will stay again.

The room was a bit run down, could of been cleaner.

The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel was an easy walk to shopping and dining. Parking was easy. I appreciate that all the rooms are pet friendly. We like traveling with our border collie and it makes travel a little more streamlined if you don't have to call in advance to make sure the room you're booking is pet friendly. I also like you get a free drink when you check in and afternoon treats! My only criticism are the coffee situation and road noise. Coffee isn't available in the lobby when the restaurant isn't open. I don't want to make my own coffee or go to a restaurant just to buy a coffee. There are plenty of other hotels that have free coffee available even though they have a restaurant. The location was also a tad noisy. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me, but my husband is a light sleeper and had trouble sleeping. I believe we were on the "metroscape" side of the building, so maybe another side would've been quieter.

Wonderful staff, especially Kennedy - he seems to be everywhere and doing everything! Well kept and clean facilities and room. Bed was very soft - so if you like soft then great, if not ... not so great. Location good for access to public transit (on the RED MAX light rail line), walkable to some areas (day time as night a bit sketchy), right by the waterfront. I seriously question that mandatory $25/day resort fee. The Hotel says it prevents the nickle/dime-ing but what you get is ... a cookie, one free beverage ($4 non alcoholic and a bit more for alcoholic beverage), a free take home water bottle with their logo (which is great but is also a marketing tool for them). You also receive 'free' streaming services and access to small fitness center which I neither needed nor used. So, I'm REALLY REALLY not happy about this mandatory fee and it really sours the overall experience.

Good location downtown, walking distance to lots of places. Room clean, bed very comfy. Staff friendly.
-
Multiple hand rails in the bathroom for traction That I couldn't smoke pot in the room
-
Very comfortable room, staff were lovely. Lots of nice touches as a welcome to the hotel.

The hotel was cute, comfy and loved the staff! The bedding was unique to us and loved the fluffy dual duvet. The water refill station and nightly cookies were very much appreciated. We are now forever Pineapple’s.
