The bed is hard and a cement slab! The most uncomfortable sleeping option ever. I even tried to use the sofa cushions to make it bearable.....not a solution at all. See pic

Great location a block from a train stop. Very friendly and helpful staff.

i was there for Marchmadness and was very happy with the distance to the Moda Center and the wonderful view of the Lake each morning. I would recommend and will stay again.

Most friendly staff I have ever met. They were extremely helpful and courteous and the property had great amenities. Also, great location in downtown Portland - I walked to most places. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a really good price. I didn't t like that we were pushed to go to a meeting for Time Share just to have parking paid for !I would have never stayed there if I knew we had to be bothered about buying Time Share in the end we didn't buy into it and they made us pay for parking and wifi .

The team usually pushes you to join their timeshare presentations and you’re asked to pay for wifi if you’re not an “owner” (member). Generally kind of an uncomfortable setting. I’d rather get a normal hotel next time.

Ultimately, they charged us the full $50 per night for parking. To make matters worse, they even sent us an email confirming a parking refund, but the card they issued it to wasn’t even ours. The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional. The Murphy bed in our room was noisy and uncomfortable to use, and the atmosphere of the hotel was anything but relaxing. One particularly disturbing moment was when I was sitting in the lobby and witnessed a loud staff meeting where management was yelling at housekeeping employees right in front of guests. Who holds staff meetings in the lobby like that? It was shocking and unprofessional. Behind the scenes, the setup is clearly designed to funnel guests into high-pressure timeshare sales pitches. The entire experience felt deceptive and manipulative. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I will never return, and I’ll make sure to warn others to avoid this place as well.

Love the property. Location is perfect. Easy access to many areas of downtown pdx. Deluxe room absolutely the best overlooking the waterfront. Will be back again and again. Thank you for making my stay a delight

Fabulous location and service but a little too pushy on the part of staff in front desk. Never understood the term “ resort” if they don’t have a pool, restaurant or bar in site.

Fantastic place to stay! Friendly staff and the most accommodating! We will be back!

I liked to location. It put me in the middle of all that downtown PDX offers. That said, I would not stay here again. The room walls were thin and the hallways noisy. The room heater also did not work. I was given a small space heater, but that didn't heat the room. My main complaint is that this is actually a timeshare, and so the steady push for me to participate in a timeshare presentation was pretty incessant. Every interaction with staff lead to a pitch, to the point it felt very inauthentic to just have a normal conversation. I had to clearly say that I wasn't interested in order for the sales pitch to stop. I didn't like it.

my boyfriend and i stayed here for two nights in the murphy bed room. it was great, the wrist bands they give you, you can use for discounts to restaurants and cafe’s as well as holds your room key! Will for sure stay here again when back in portland!
