The sheets are clean, the pillows are moldy. The towels physically hurt to use. The toilet paper was porta-potty quality. Great location; there were many bus stops nearby as well as shops and restaurants. Solid 4/10 option, there are definitely far far worse out there.

Good spot. Friendly family running it, good location. Carpet is a bit grim but the place was clean.

it was not clean. not helpful at all when they gave us the wrong room and refused to do anything about it or give a refund

there were strange stains on the floor, the shower had mould in it, the towels had other peoples hair in it. Took a shower and then pretty much just left the hotel and booked a new one. The parking was very secure though which was appreciated

Pretty clean, not dusty. Exhaust in the bathroom leaked dirty water. Might be my own fault took to long shaving

They cancelled my reservation without notice because they were full and could make more money with a non-expedia guest. When I arrived they broke the news without apology or assistance in finding a room in a different establishment. They were rude and unhelpful. Will never return.

The tv channels are horrible. You’re lucky to get any real reception.

Again, I mean no disrespect and wish them to be prosperous. But these are basic needs in even available in cheaper hotels. It was a special weekend for me, my boys finishing college and all of us together... kinda bummed about the bath and other oddities. But it felt safe, the beds were soft, but bring blankets. They were like sheets. Hope this review helps.

The room was somewhat dirty, the towels were stained, and it didn't smell good.

Check in toilet was plugged i went to ask for some one all she said there is a plugger outside use it carpet every thing was dirty could not stay my 2 nights left a day early it was the worst experience of my life horrible place they need shutdown and I took pictures to prove how nasty it was.

I had booked the room that was supposed to have a king size bed and a twin bunk bed for my two kiddos. The room we first got only had one bed, not sure what size but definitely not a king. So I went to the front desk and the lady said okay how about a king and a queen, I said okay but it was two full beds I believe. there weren't any places to put our things, just a counter in the kitchenette, and a little cubby hole in the bathroom. There werent any outlets near the beds to charge our phones. The area seemed sketchy at best although the gate gave some security. I ended up leaving a day early and booked a room at a different hotel for the second night of our trip. Definitely would not reccomend this hotel.

Stains everywhere in the room, no toiletries, terrible pillows, all within an Unsafe area.

Lady who works there is really rude

Nothing … The rooms do not look like the pictures. Floors were stained up. Bad location. Dark rooms. Not enough towels. Tweakers as neighbors. Towels were stained.

Do not stay here it is scary. Cigarette burns and hair in the sheets, very beat up room which smelled terrible! Shady folks live here look elsewhere.

The room was well lit. The room that we stayed in, and our parking, was in the area that was gated. Service representative for the main OYO hotel chain was pleasant to speak with regarding my complaints about our room. There was hair and debris is the sheets and blankets, on the towels, in the mini fridge, and crumbs of food and residue of something that spilled in the microwave ? there was also a spot on the bathroom counter that looked like a drop of blood. The room was not clean, leading me to believe the sheets were not even changed before our arrival due to the hair and debris between the sheets.

24 hour staff and a gated entrance makes it very safe. The staff is great. I wouldn't say it's a very traditional motel per say. However it's nice and easy for a quick stay. I would perfer it for an extended stay even more on account if it's affordability convenience. There is a $100 cash deposit. (I forgot to collect my deposit upon checkout, of course leave it to me, and when I remembered at midnight they were much obliged to return it to me.) Very impressed with their customer service!
