Elevator was out of order and looks like it’s been that way for at least a year. They use an antiquated key card system and their cards periodically wipe themselves for no reason. The janky extension cords for the AC unit have to be a fire hazard. The bed was uncomfortable. The room, while clean, was furnished with junk that was falling apart. I definitely do not recommend this place.

It seems staff is always out of office and doors locked. I hate to wait about 20 minutes outside at night for staff to return so I could check in. And every day I had to go to staff for them to reactivate my room key. It’s a no frills hotel which I was ok with. Room was clean. Area seemed safe. Bars/restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of public transportation to get you around.

Helpful, friendly staff, easy parking, good value.

Great place for the price. Really liked the neighborhood. Grendels Coffee is super!
-
Not enough parking for people and desk clerk failed to tell us it was first come. Noisy next door partiers kept me up.
-
Excellent customer service, luxurious room, all amenities work. Will be coming back

Good spot for a place to stay close to downtown with free parking.
-
Vary affordable and clean.

The pictures show the hotel in better shape that it is. Smelled of cleaning product, just old and unprofessionally maintained, holes in blankets, etc. this was dreaddul compared to what they charged $94 per nite. It probably would have been ok if they had been frank about the conditions of the room.

It got the job done. Clean room. Quiet. Stuff works.
-
It's basically what you would expect from a motel. No frills, and pretty dated. But the bed was comfortable, the AC blew cold, and the shower worked. Plus it was much cheaper than anything else in the surrounding area (pretty fun area btw, there was a lot to do within a few blocks - so very central).

It was okay. Bad WiFi HOT weather and powerful ac. Bed was comfy. Front desk was nice.

For a basic hotel room it is perfect. You want a coffee pot, your out of luck. But the room was very well maintained and the Bathroom looked awsome. Will stay agian.

Great location. Lots to do in the area Room was clean but a little small, no big deal tho. No elevator which is fine, not the best if you have a disability or are carrying a lot of stuff. No ice kinda sucked.
