Hotel Grand Stark

Very nice rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking felt like the only safe option and was very expensive.

Clean room. No parking when we arrived so we did valet. Had to wait till 7am to get the car out.

Liked the property and location to where we needed to be. Friendly service all around.

Only complaint was the room was big but felt empty like it needed a chair or table or somethin. And a horribly ugly country looking Dalmatian statue on top ofnthe closet/ wardrobe. Everything was modern ish/ industrial except for that tacky dalmatian

Property was nice, easy check-in and check out , issue -there was nail in the floor that had come loose from the hard wood and was sticking up a little bit just enough to catch your foot on, told the desk hopefully it gets fixed :/

Great hotel overall, good value for the price, excellent staff and great hotel bar! Parking availability in that part of town. Valet service is excellent but $55 per day.

Overall, one of the best stays I have had at a hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms felt clean and welcoming. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this one is at the top of my list. The only down side to this hotel is the neighborhood…not as walkable as I wished.

The hotel is charming and very Instagram-worthy The neighborhood around the hotel was a little rough, but it wasn’t a major issue for me.

Very cute hotel. Nicely decorated. Clean and comfy. Location is central and valet parking is super helpful in that area. Walking to water front takes about 25 min.

Chic and comfortable. Great location. The bar is cute and great for pre dinner drinks.

Valet parking was very nice to have, and the bartender at the bar was stellar.

Our stay was good and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Though the hotel applied $100 flat pet fees which is very high and should be mentioned somewhere prior to booking. They also don't have parking space, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy and charge $55 for valet parking. Overall a little inconvenient given the parking situation.

It was super cute and really aesthetic inside!!! No complaints here it was perfect!

Very clean and friendly. Restful sleep. The location is ok. Close to downtown and Hawthorne district. However, the outside area is not safe after dark if alone.

Only downside is parking is pricey.
