Happy with the room, lobby experience. Clean bathroom, plenty of towels and appreciated the mugs but would have liked to have coffee in the room instead of having to get it from the lobby and carry it up the elevator back to the room.

Such a cool hotel in the perfect location to walk for coffee and great food. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great location. Hotel is clean and updated. They have great outdoor areas on all floors to relax and enjoy the city view. We even got lucky and didn't have to pay for parking. The street parking is free on weekends and between 6pm-7am. They have coffee in the lobby every morning. Jupiter NEXT checked all the boxes.

Amazing hotel! We aren’t from the area and the staff, especially Jess, was so informative and made us feel really welcome! If we ever come back to Portland, we will absolutely be staying in the hotel!

Whenever we’re in Portland, Jupiter NEXT is an absolute must! We love hanging out at Hey Love lounge and restaurant inside the hotel—the vibes are always amazing, and the rooms are super cute, comfortable and cozy.

We had a large picture window in our room and it made the space feel comfortable The bathroom could have used a proper wall. The glass was a bit weird for us, as I was staying with my son. We would have liked more privacy in that department.

We had some stress with the hotel paid parking. We paid for the outdoor parking lot. On our second night, when we returned to the hotel, the lot was full. We had to call the hotel, and the staff had to come out to let us into another parking lot by removing a pillar on the driveway. When we had to leave the next morning, we had to alert staff in order to leave, because the pillar needed to be removed so we can drive out, That took longer than expected because, according to the staff, the security guard left for the day without leaving the lock combination with the staff, so she could not unlock the pillar and move it.

Surprisingly nice in the neighborhood but very centrally located

Very kind and friendly front desk - I got to town late and was having trouble finding parking and getting in to the hotel and the lady was kind enough to prepare my keys early upon verification so I could get in and get some sleep. Also the location is AMAZING. Loud but that should be expected in this part of town.
