The breakfast is minimal just coffee and pastries but the location is amazing with Voodoo donuts and food trucks across the parking lot! Central part of Kerns District lots of amenities in walking distance Maybe coffee pots in the rooms?

The guy at the front desk was so rude. I didn't even check into the room because of houmw put off I was with this man.

I like how the manager was so helpful and accommodating. Complimentary Parking. Room was kinda small but it was manageable given we only stayed for few days.

Basic but clean and comfy beds
-
That there is a bus stop right in front so you can hear it all night.
-
No water fountain but there is a vending machine. You can ask reception for water.

Always clean and just what is needed weekend coming in from out of town to party it up on the town. Good location and friendly staff!

My guest and I both liked the easy check in process, the clean room and location. Parking was available for us as well. The room was clean and prepared for our check in time that we requested.

I didn't discover the breakfast until after I had already eaten. I liked that there was a bus stop close by. I would have liked for there to have been a convenience store closer. I had to walk about 1/2 a mile to the closest filling station.

Location is good, not too far from our family that we were there to visit. The room was a decent size, clean, the bed was very comfortable. We were very happy to have landed there after our horrible experience at Motel 6. People coming and going at late or odd hours made it difficult to get consistent sleep.

Very comfortable bed at a very good price and location

On the outskirts of downtown the bus is right in front. There were a few ants in the bed, room had a weird smell, the towels had stains, shower head was crooked couldn’t get a straight stream of flow, water pressure in the sink was very low

Good location with easy access to lots of different parts of Portland! Very affordable. Staff was nice, they even had some drip coffee/muffins at the front desk which isn’t always comm on for motels. Free parking There was a cleanliness issue. I found 2 carpet beetles. Weird stuff on the wall under the sink. There was dirt/dust/some scraps/possible hair/skin from previous tenants behind the bed and on the floor. A lot of hair stuck to the bedding

Location could not have been better for our purposes. Great value. Sink faucet is too short for the sink so it leaks constantly.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were plush and comfortable, the tv and wifi worked well, there was a spacious mini fridge and microwave in room, numerous restaurants within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside. We ended up arriving significantly earlier than expected and the owners allowed us to check in without any additional fees. They did run an authorization on my card for a deposit when we arrived, but that money never left my account. The provided shampoo bars and soap were gentle enough for my sensitive skin and the tub/shower combo worked well. If you happen to have cash and need a drink or snack late at night, there are two vending machines on site, but they do not take card. There are also two food trucks directly next door that were quite tasty. It was very easy to catch public transportation from the hotel to the local MAX line connection, and then straight to the airport from there. Some sort of breakfast option provided with the stay would have been great, but we knew going in that they do not provide one aside from daily coffee in the small front office. If you've ever been on the sort of fringe of downtown in a major city, you'll have a good feel for the surrounding area, but we always felt safe at the hotel.

Something but if they did not a variety of restaurant and pub options within a few short blocks, including a brew pub and smash burgers right next door! Not many convenience stores to obtain a few supplies, but obtained the basics about four block walk away. Everything to

The room was not as clean as I expected it to be. The sheets had hair in them and were just overall dusty and dirty. The room wasn't really wiped down with any cleaner; there were still a lot of sticky surfaces. It was very, very loud outside my room at night, so much so that it woke me up. I didn't quite feel super safe. there I would stay again on the second floor for one night. Overall, a very average experience. The lights were also on a timer, so one would go out and come back on at random times.
