Wish they had parking for guests who booked a stay. The available appointments for massages were zero.

The stay was nice, amenities are cool. You still have to pay to get into the thermal springs even if you’re staying but they give a good discount for people who have a room and it’s worth it. Fitness classes are complimentary. The room was pretty small I wasn’t too impressed. It did have a stove top, dishwasher. Washer/dryer all in the room. The worst part is parking. You’re on your own there. You can either get a spot on the side of the street or their small lot that’s usually full for $20 per night. If you pay and leave for a moment to let’s say go eat somewhere you’ll come back hoping there’s a spot left. I’m not sure it’s worth that price per night but it was a pleasant experience.

World class property, high quality construction, great amenities, Spa, and staff. Only one issue, 7:00 a.m. Thursday June 18, morning construction work started on the other side of the loft TV wall while I was still in bed. Not a good wakeup, but was really the only issue during the four night stay.

On top of the regular fee to use the pool. (Which we did not!)

I can’t recommend this place enough. The only downside is parking, it was difficult to find a spot. We eventually did, but it was stressful for an out of town era who hadn’t been to Portland before. Other than that it was a lovely experience.

Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools.

Cannot recommend it enough! Whether by yourself or with the group you will enjoy this. Such a great area, totally walkable, lots of restaurants and nightlife! It is a must do!
-
You will need to pay extra to use any of the spa, pools, or sauna. There is a nearby parking available for an extra charge too, but it was very convenient to have that close by.
-
The rooms were small but extremely well put together and modern. The Spa was SUBLIME!
-
They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.
-
Beautiful hotel and the thermal pools are a wonderful bonus!
-
Loved everything about Cascada. The staff was great, everything was very clean in the room and the spa was excellent.
-
Definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I stayed here for a stay-cation and the whole atmosphere is amazing. The lighting is relaxed and the vibe is excellent. The staff is very accommodating and will be sure to answer any questions you have. The sauna, steamroom, cold plunge pool, hot tubs, mineral pools are all on point. There's flip-flops and robes ready in your room, and laundry also

Perfect in ever possible way! Tranquilty and relaxation are top notch here
-
The facility is beautiful. Our only gripe was that the spa passes weren’t included in the stay. Kinda greedy of them since the stay is not cheap.
-
Loved everything about the stay and experience!
-
The service by hotel employees was poor. When I ask about the spa charges to an employee of the hotel they called the wording deceptive. I felt like I was being ripped off the whole time I was there.
-
The bed and bedding was very comfortable! I wish they blocked out a certain number of spa “spots” for hotel guests because it was VERY crowded in the morning.
-
Room was fully stocked. Spa was amazing. Customer service was on point!
