Disappointed late at night.

Spacious room and front desk personnel were great!

There was blood on our coverlet and had gone through to the sheets! This is every hotel stay’s worst nightmare. We did not get much help. They could not change our room because the hotel was full. And there was no housekeeping so no one would change our sheets for us. They did bring us new sheets and top coverlet and we had to change the bed ourself and they would not reimburse us because they said that Expedia would have to do that 👎.

I found this hotel easy and convenient to the airport with good parking. good location near shopping. I would say the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen in a long time. great variety

Clean room, helpful staff even with a late check in.

Plus the wine needs to be served with smiles

We liked the separate sitting area in bedroom and that the sink/mirror were outside the tub area.

Great room...spacious, quiet, large, and great bedding. Good food and wine in the hotel lobby bar too.

This is an easy place to stay when overnighting for the airport. I don't think I'd have a need to stay here if I wasn't just getting ready to depart but it was nice to be in Cascade station and is at times cheaper than some of the other options in the area. They don't have very good bar/restaurant option in the hotel but that doesn't matter as there are several options in Cascade Station. I recommend this for an airport stay.

If you have an early flight out of PDX, this is a perfectly fine place to stay. The staff was great! It’s not deluxe, but the rooms are large, clean and comfortable.
