Clean , safe and friendly

Rooms were clean , staff was friendly There was 1 issue I paid up front when we booked the room so it was strange to be told upon arrival that the 2Q we reserved was no longer available. We got in at 9 pm so not like it was a crazy late arrival. They did provide an alternative to give us a 2nd room for free. Which fortunately still worked for us since a parent could be in both rooms. If I had been traveling solo with my kids, then this would have left us no options. So while it was readily resolved for us , it was disconcerting.

Lively lobby are with pool table was fun.

Hotel was very new and clean. Very convenient location next to PDX.

Breakfast could use some more variety but otherwise highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable room with decent pillows. That’s harder to find than you might imagine. Even my fussy husband found one he could sleep on. Breakfast was very basic, but they have coffee and hot water for tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The property is so close to the airport, it’s really convenient.

The morning staff should respond to the customer service request within 10 to 15 minutes. As a customer I shouldn't have to call 3 times and come down to the front desk to get only one clean towels. It took over 50 minutes to get clean towels.

Parking is charged per night and is $10 validated at the front desk

Great customer service, modern aesthetics, comfortable bed.

The room smells like wet dog. If you are smell sensitive and don’t have pets, this is the wrong place to stay.

Staff and breakfast were excellent. The room was very small.

It was nice and the staff were helpful.

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was very convenient to the places around Portland we visited. I was sure we were told the hotel had free parking but we were charged daily for parking. Also, no microwave in our room. We had to go down to the lobby to use a microwave. The hottest day of the year so far (97 degrees) and the ice machine ws out of order.

AM and Swing Shift desk staff need customer service training. Lack of communication regarding parking fees, ice machine and pancake missions broke. Breakfast offering, was a challenge for amount and variety. Won't stay there again.
