They couldn’t have been nicer. Very attentive to my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

Very clean and well maintained property.

We needed a place near the airport so we could catch an early morning flight, and this fit the bill. The free airport shuttle was a big help (though no one told us we needed to "sign up" for pickup in the morning; luckily the woman at the desk called and got us on the next shuttle, no problem. The driver's music was a bit of an assault, especially first thing in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault). The desk was temporarily un-staffed when we first arrived but someone showed up relatively quickly and check-in was quick, easy, and courteous. The hotel has an attractive mod vibe, with pleasant colors and a hip feel. The room was clean and spacious and relatively quiet, the bed was comfortable. We appreciated touches like ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, tea/coffee station in the lobby, etc. even though we didn't get a chance to use much of anything (late arrival/early departure). We left before breakfast was available, but they did have some bagels and cream cheese out for us to grab and go, which was welcome. All in all a positive experience and would stay again if in need of a place in Portland airport area!

Excellent location near the airport. Secure parking. The rooms were amazing, clean, spacious. The complimentary breakfast was full with options for any diet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and great. Kudos especially to Jofina who helped me fix my booking issue where I had two separate bookings for two nights back to back and she made sure it worked as the intended one continuous night and tied everything to my Hilton rewards, fixing my mistakes. Thank you so much for all your help and attention!

I stayed here for one night because my flight was switched to the next day and could not have chosen a better place. The man at the front desk was so kind and attentive.

We loved the cheerful, modern vibe of this hotel. It was nice to have drinks and snacks available in the lobby for purchase. This was just a one night stay to be closer to the airport but it was comfortable, pleasant, and the shuttle experience was perfect! On time, and very fast. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff, rooms, and amenities are great and 100% ADA focused. Even the beds are lower to. Best place to stay.

My Wife and I stayed the night before our flight out of Portland. We weren't there that long, but everything was good. I had to return the rental car to the airport. The shuttle van happened to be there right as we came out of the terminal. They picked us up at 5am the next morning to take us back to the airport. No problems at all, would recommend them.

The people at the front desk were very nice and informed my daughter and I about everything: shuttle service to Cascade Shopping center. (The shuttle service dropped us off for shopping and dinner and picked up back up to return to the hotel ) The lobby area had alot of GOOD snacks to purchase if we got hunger. AND the early morning Breakfast Bar was excellant. AND it was so close to the Portland airport. There was nothing wrong at all.

Very close to the airport and food area. If you order food, it is best to eat at the restaurant or pick it up. It took about 90 minutes to get the food delivered. The hotel itself was excellent and the staff was great
