Comfortable beds nice breakfast four rooms got booked mistakenly. We only needed two and the hotel would not return our money, which was $240. Hotel said it was up to to booking and booking said it was up to the hotel. So neither refunded us. I will be booking directly with the hotels I need from now on.

Nice facilities, excellent breakfast and staff very friendly. The bedroom we reserved, was supposed to be a double room, but we had a small bed. At midnight went to the bathroom, and found a little bug (roach?) walking close to the toilet. We were very tired, after some medical services, and we didn’t complain about.

This is such a nice hotel. It's well maintained and an easy 20 minute to walk downtown. My room was modern (updated), clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodative. The price point was good compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Porto. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

the people who life around the hotel need some subsidies and motivation to clean and decorate there backyard and terrasses, it would be more joyful for the eyes when you look out off the window away from the Hotel

The food and drinks at the hotel were very good! My room was very clean too! I wish I could have explored the area more though. When I first arrived, the front desk told me that I could wait at the bar for my room to be ready, but the bar was not open when it was supposed to be open because there was no bartender there.

Everything. When we arrived at the bedroom there was a funny smell in the bathroom but got it sorted after using it.

The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Something for everyone and plentiful. We were on the street side and auto noise was a bit loud. The hotel is away from the center but to be honest no more than a 25 minute walk gently downhill yet also close to a Metro station if walking is an issue.
