Very nice location, nice size of apartment. We requested a crib and it was not ready once we got for check in. Also the room was beside the cleaning room so quite noisy.

Air con is tucked away in a corner so not very effective at circulating cool air

The rooms were very large, with large bed and separate area with sofa and kitchen. Staff extremely gracious and helpful. We wanted to try the bar, but I think the regular person was out. There were no supplies and so it wasn’t so good.

Beautiful hotel with parking available. Breakfast brought to your room each morning. The breakfast was great but varied very little from day to day.

We loved the location, the breakfast, the spacious and beautiful room, the lovely staff, and their extraordinary willingness to help my partner after she injured her leg, with anything we asked for. A perfect Jim. The sophisticated parking. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the noise from the staff room next to our room.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. Everything is very clean, and the staff are as warm, friendly and patient as always – the service is excellent. Although there were a few small issues during our stay, they were addressed promptly and with great care. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return next time.

Location was convenient and the hotel was spotless clean. Having two distinct bedrooms was a big plus for us. Kids loved enjoying breakfast in our own room. The staff was super super polite and accommodating N/a

Uses a code for the door. The code was 7 digits long and the buttons did not always register when pushed. Often required several attempts to get the door to open. Pretty frustrating.
