Intermittent or no WiFi, when available speed was really really slow at the best, Hot water out almost instantly. No curtains to darken the room

It was just perfect for us. clean, good location, nice breakfast like having something before a long day, gentle staff. The hotel shows exactly the information they bring to you. Nothing

The location close to the yellow line is good. The 24h reception. The staff was nice. The noise of everything: When someone takes a shower in the next room, it sounds horrible. The noise of the AC. When you change your sleeping position, the bed sounds like it's about to break. The noise of the street. The owner of the hotel should invest in the renewal of the facilities. Like soundproof windows or new beds This is not a 7.9 booking hotel.

Staff is nice. They gave to us reduction on the price because room was not clean properly. Location is ok, 20min walk from the city center. Floor in room and badroom was dirty with a lot of long black hair. Bed matrace is very uncomfortable, old and hard and noisy when you move. Room is also very noisy, you can hear people in the next room how they speak, their TV and how they are snoring during the night.

I liked that when I was unhappy with the city and the way I was treated in Porto, the hotel readily agreed to not charge m for the remaining two days. The city and the people thereof. I was also kind of surprised how so many places were closed around the hotel on Friday and Saturday. No stores near there to even buy a candy bar.

This is a clean little hotel with an excellent team. The interior is shabby, but I haven’t seen any dirt, dust or mold. It is further from the center than I’ve imagined.

Friendly, helpful hotel personnel. Convenient parking in the hotel basement. Clean. No ventilation from the toilet in the hotel room. Hard bed mattresses.

The hotel is in a good location in the north of Porto. The metro is only 5 minutes' walk away and there are local cafés and restaurants within this distance also. Hotel staff were very helpful if recommending suitable places to eat and drink. The breakfast was very basic in terms of what was offered. But for the price the hotel overall was very good value for money.

Exceptional

Clean rooms, layout and space, shower pressure, 24h reception , staff very nice. I've stayed in other hotels around porto with more stars and more "modern" but that didn't have as much space as this one or as clean. You get a nice entrance area, with a door that separates the room and the bathroom too, really good if you're sharing the room with someone else. If you stay in the room facing the main road it can be a bit noisy with the cars but with earplugs it was fine

A very clean hotel. I liked that there was an elevator and there also was a complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel is walking distance from the historic center. Its location is quiet and near restaurants, public transit and beautiful parks.
