Paid extra for superior room and only got room with a view to the back of an adjacent property

Wish i was closer or there was a transfer service to some of the sights and town - It was a difficult walk to parts of town and too expensive and difficutl for taxi's

The location was excellent and check-in was easy. The property itself was comfortable, Wi-Fi is available. Room was always clean. They saunas and pool on site. Although didnt use but clean and available for use. Staff was great and pleasant. I wish i could of staye longer. Until nex time. Thank you! Nothing negative to say. All good

Location. Staff were all very nice also Such an uncomfortable hotel, horrible place. I was woken up multiple times per night due to noise even with ear plugs in. The rooms are probably 60 years old also

It had a pool that we could use in the afternoons Some of the staff at the check-in were not very helpful in finding a laundry….even though 2 days later another staff member reluctantly found a solution to wash some clothes

The room is really old, full of infiltration, mold, and stains on the floor. The A/C barely works. The shower is really tiny, and it was not very clean. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets smelled of vinegar.

The apartment was spotless, perfect for 4 people, and had everything we needed including mosquito repellent, blow drier etc. The fresh sheets and new towels every day were great. The only thing that we thought could be made better was breakfast (coffee, Fruits)

The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom were spotless and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was clean and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality! Nothing

Very nice, clean place, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking. Rooftop dinner was a great experience. Unfortunately the AC was down and there was a festival next door which made it difficult to sleep with open windows. I know that was just a glitch they could not prevent but anyways the lack of sleep was not great.

Price is on the higher side, but I rented a 2Br 2Ba so that was probably the cause. If I were to be nitpicky, I wish the rooftop of the main building had a bit more shade -- it was very sunny. Also, wish the pool area had some drink or food service.

Breakfast was so good, and the service throughout was flawless. Every element, no matter how small, felt thoughtfully curated.
