Aragona Palace Hotel & Spa

Great and welcoming staff. We were too busy visiting sights to engage with the hotels facilities. Even though the provided scrambled eggs at breakfast, asking people to pay extra for fried eggs is surprising.

It was very close to the ferry and it was very clean Mosquitoes in the room at night .

Spa and hot tub pool. Half board. Plenty to eat but food cold, salmon tasteless.

A beautiful hotel located close to the Ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfasts were more than sufficient catering for a wide variety of tastes. The spa facilities are also worth a mention, lovely and relaxing. All good, no complaints

The Aragona Palace is great, with a super location that is walking distance from the Ferry. There are plenty of restaurants, and sightseeing is nearby as well. All kinds of transportation to other places of interest is very close to hotel. The main shopping street Via Roma is around the corner for those beautiful walks. The breakfast at the hotel is decent, but the front desk service was exceptional with Elena and Martina being very accommodating and super knowledgeable about everything the hotel and the Island of Ischia has to offer. Special thank you to Elena and Martina for making our stay unforgettable! Nothing.

The location was 5 minutes to the port and as soon as you walk out the door, all your restaurants are right there. The view from the room was gorgeous and the staff are super nice. The rooms are clean and there was a variety for breakfast. No complaints! I will book this property again next May. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows a little thin but you can request more.

The property is in an excellent location close to the harbour. The staff without exception were friendly, polite and professional. The roof terrace was a very pleasant surprise, it just keeps going up and up the hillside and the views are wonderful. Breakfast was of a very good quality with a plentiful choice. The building is also very solidly built, which made for an excellent sleep - you could not hear the people in other rooms or corridors. The room decor is a bit dated, although of good quality.
