The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our every need. The entire staff went above and beyond every one of our expectations in all categories. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with this hotel and it's entire staff. I would say that it's the best experience I have ever had from a customer service standpoint and I have stayed at some top notch hotels and resorts. They take great care and pride in their hotel and in ensuring that every guest has an amazing stay!

Everything about this hotel exceeded all expeditions. Breakfast, massage, the outdoor pools, the thermal pools, Turkish bath sauna steam room, getting a massage down to the housekeeping. It was wonderful. We felt more like family than guests. Walking around town was fantastic, the grounds of the hotel were spotless. The beach!! Just the most perfect place to unwind and feel taken care of. Could not recommend enough. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect

Great beach front and beach restaurant, very helpful staff, perfect location near the port, very spacious rooms with outdoor space. Very relaxing holiday, not for young travelers looking for a “scene” but still a short walk to the bustling port.

Excellent and plenty of choices and great views from the terrace. Thermal springs could have been warmer but that is what mother nature provided

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was beyond attentive and so helpful in making sure we had anything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, the spa gorgeous, clean and rejuvenating. Breakfast was superb as was dinner. It was not far from the castle and downtown shops, but secluded enough to give you a private Oasis. This place was so fabulous we had to force ourselves to go site-seeing. Just book it! You will be happy that you did. My only complaint was that I had to leave.

The Excelsior checked all the boxes: location, walking distance to castle, shopping, beach, bistros. Hospitality/ Service was an A+. I loved every part of this hotel! There is nothing I didn't like.

The location and beach access! The staff is exceptional!! The rooms are very spacious and well organized! I loved the sauna, treadmill, and multiple outside areas for relaxing! Although the hotel can’t control it there were a bunch of mosquitos and flies from post rain humidity so just maybe come prepared with bug spray!
