Grand Hotel Il Moresco & Spa

The property was very beautiful with a relaxing pool and garden. The dining facilities were diverse with indoor and outdoor options, and the food, was delicious. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Nothing.

The Grand Hotel II Moresco is a beautiful hotel! With impeccable service! All the staff could not do enough for you! Thank you! Location is perfect..we did not eat dinner there, however, the breakfast was very good! I know I will return to Ischia and the Moresco is where we will stay! All was wonderful

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — the staff was always friendly and attentive. The piano bar every evening was a great touch, really set a nice, relaxing vibe. I especially loved the thermal spa services, they were definitely the highlight for me. The hotel itself is a bit on the older side, but that just adds to its charm. It feels like stepping back in time in a really nice way. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Single room is really small and the shower was not working properly. I believe it is a room with low rotation but should have the proper maintenance.

Great service . Several pools to choose from or beach area. Excellent service . Breakfast was a big spread so we skipped lunch most days. It was also walking distance from a lot of shopping dining and the bridge to the castle and that area. We did not take advantage of the spa services but they seem to have an excellent selection of services . Would highly recommend. It is a bit pricey .

Love hotel Il Moresco. She is a beauty. The staff: check in, restaurant, pool, spa and housekeeping were all wonderful. There were not enough deck chairs at the beach club. Could hear the room next doors phone alarm go off two mornings in a row.

Super beautiful, calm, safe and peaceful. Very relaxing and clean. Outstanding staff services. No direct access to the sea, you have cross the street to reach the private beach. Haven’t properly tried it since it was too hot.

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and all excellent. Pool bar had great food and the service from the team there was excellent.

It was very comfortable with good facilities abd excellent staff We had thought the hotel had a private beach but it was only decking .

Staff very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was excellent Pool area was nice Room didn't match photos and description on booking.com app (bed was situated on a mezzanine floor and no hot tub). Room had access to private roof terrace but this was made unusable due to adjacent construction site (photos attached) Unable to use hotel restaurant for Dinner as hotel policy was mandatory trousers for men which was not communicated on booking.com app or hotel website Room service was only available during set Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal times which proved inconvenient Although hotel does offer shuttle service to / from the port, this was not communicated on hotel website, so we needlessly arranged for a private transfer from the port
