The location was very good, it had a lovely big pool and is across the road from the beach. It is an easy 5 minute walk to restaurants & nice shopping. It is a very Italian experience/ the rooms are traditional. Very clean & ours was generous in size. Staff were all very helpful & friendly Not much to not like

Friendly welcome, staff were very attentive and helpful. The place was well kept and the location was close to both a bustling pedestrianised street for food and shops and right next to the beach.

Front overlooking the sea and the back of the hotel with access to the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. Fabulous location . Nothing

Hotel Terme Alexander was just right for my wife and I. The staff at reception, bar, pool side and cleaning were all excellent and made us feel welcomed. The pool and basement thermal pools were beautiful and very clean. We stayed in a garden view room with balcony which was spacious bed was comfortable and aircon worked well. The position is Perfect to explore Ischia Easy to get to the main sites and restaurant area just out side the gate. The owner also owns a restaurant in the street with a beautiful menu. We ate there twice and the food and drinks were excellent Parking our car on site was a bonus for Italy Oh and the whole package was very well priced. So happy with our choice of hotel We will be back again next time for longer that’s for sure Paolo and Daniella Melbourne Australia All good

Clean, quiet, spacious room. Excellent shower, good vanity space around the sink to set toiletries, lots of closet space with plenty of hangers, two desk chairs plus a table and chair on the balcony, reasonable price, easy parking. Good location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We didn’t use the pool but it was beautiful with a great sea view. Martina at reception was extremely helpful, especially with information about driving and parking on the island. She was delightful throughout our stay. The wifi was slow. Other than this minor inconvenience, we loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay again the next time we come to Ischia. Highly recommended.

Excellent location! One entrance of the property lead to the sea front and a 2 mins stroll to a small beach, the other side of the entrance, right on the main shopping street and restaurants! Our room was so spacious! Love the concession to modernism, we have a power shower completed with body jets and rain forest shower head! Air conditioning was turned off as the temperature dropped down to 22C in the evening!

Location, near beach and town A bit dated, but very clean and well looked after, could do with some artwork as it is a bit austere. I would however use this hotel again

I liked the location. Closed to the beach and next to the ocean The whole place is dated. I can’t see the 4 stars. Short on staff and just not to my expectations. The breakfast was underwhelming.

We liked the place, it was really close to the sea and also to the centre. The swimming pool was great and the view from the hotel terace too. We had ants in the room.

Breakfast was good.choice of yogurt and fruit with granola, several cereals, pastries, eggs and bacon. Toast etc. Not sure.
