the pool, terrace spa, old but ok big room with amazing sea view from the large terrace if you have luck... some rooms are too much small, old dated with very poor airco,... great location We were first housed in a tiny room for 3 (2 adults, one child) l execrable, with old plastered walls from another time, faulty air conditioning, a barely cold mini-fridge. I felt like I was being punished ... The problem is especially that, even in high season, paying more than 270 € / night to be housed in an austere storage room for 3 for 3 nights is not acceptable. I informed the management and they immediately changed our room. I thank them for it. We were housed in a part that seemed a little more modern to me, on the 3rd floor in a much larger room for 3, with more efficient air conditioning, a magnificent terrace with deckchairs and a sea view. What a joy to get up in the morning to see the sunrise or even the sunset, with a life at more than 180°. With this room we had a great stay and enjoyed the swimming pool and the surrounding area on foot (the castle is a 20-minute walk away, I recommend going there at the end of the day, it's quieter, cooler and the light is incredible), etc. Another negative point to report, as highlighted by many people here, is the quality of the breakfast... For those who are not used to it, it may seem ok... But, once again, this is an included service, but a minimum, which can satisfy small old retirees, but sorry the quality is terrible... There is nothing fresh or not industrial, no eggs, no hot savory, frozen croissant, even the butter, the coffee is not good, the powdered juices... it's a shame. So, we chose this establishment for its strategic location and the swimming pool. We were not disappointed on these points. With a bit of luck and persistence you will get a very decent room, even a great one... For the rest, despite the friendly and family-friendly staff, this is an establishment that offers quality standards that are not above average.

Amazing location close to the sea with nice views. The hotel lies in between the Porto part of Ischia city and the Ponte part. Reception staff was very friendly The table clothes in the dining room were stained/dirty, and the food hygiene was not sufficient either. The staff at breakfast were not very friendly either. Also, the AC was very weak in our room. Even though the hotel is one of the cheaper ones in Ischia it’s too expensive for what you get

Toilet amenities are missing, only the basic exist. For a 4-star hotel, there should be more. Rooms are a bit old and very basic.

the thermal pool with the beutiful view , the therme and location. we couldnt get a table next to the window for sea view. also the staff preparing breakfast were abit stressed for making up the tables for lunch.

The hotel is quite nice. Most importantly, it is located on the beach front and the possibility to swim in the sea early morning and evening is invaluable. All what the other guests say is partially true: yes the hotel was not renovated recently, the elavator is small, during the breakfest you cannot choose the table yourself but this is all typical for all the other hotels in Ischia. But the breakfest is fine, the personal is very friendly, the wifi work stable. The cleaning staff is particularly friendly and helpful. Close to the center and yet very quite.

We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and use the private beach on the day we checked-out. Air conditioner just blew air and the room remained hot. If you are a vegetarian, pastries are the only options for breakfast and there is no fresh fruit. The shower is very small and will not fit someone with a large body type.
