The location was well situated. We had a distant view of the river through a small window. The rooms were clean, basic but an adequate size. Breakfast was the usual mix although choice was quite limited, small Breakfast room. The reception was manned 24/7 and the staff were generally helpful but not very cheerful. The room was very basic with plain decor. The TV quality was very poor and unwatchable. Soap and shampoo provided, no conditioner or any extras. The room did not have any facilities for making a hot drink, the vending machine in reception for hot drinks did not work properly and is not owned by the hotel so they refused to refund or take any responsibility for it. No drinking water was provided in the room and there was no fridge. The room was not soundproof, could hear noises from above, corridor and outside. Lifts are very small if you have mobility issues as is the position of the toilet in the bathroom situated behind the door.

the bathroom was clean and well laid out - nice hot shower. The bed was large (king) and decently comfortable. The provided hair dryer was welcome. Location is excellent and the staff are nice. Our other hotel had a mini-fridge, that would have been very useful here. The room felt slightly shabby - like it was being updated but not quite there yet.

The location is very central. For us who started Camino next day, it was perfect short way to the Cathedral. Surprisingly quiet. Air condition was good. Nice bathrooms. 2 pillows per person was also great.

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. It was also conveniently located close to many of the city’s main attractions, making it easy to explore everything without needing to travel far. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Vitor, who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met.

A very nice breakfast with high-quality orange juice and fresh seasonal fruit. The location is perfect for exploring Porto, with almost everything nearby. Maybe the breakfast room is a little bit small.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. The room was available ahead of time but we so the hotel provided space to hold our luggage for us
