I live my power bank to charge and when come back it was missing. They give it to me later, but even to do not tell the reason why they take it.

Conveniently positioned in Porto, staff were lovely at check in. Only stayed one night but I believe the facilities would definitely suit a longer stay. We were fine with this, but we were on the third floor so keeping in mind for longer stays this could be tiring!

The location was great. On arrival the receptionist was not helpful and appeared to have no local knowledge. She told us we did not need to make a reservation for breakfast, that we could just turn up on the day. We went down for breakfast one morning and waited. The receptionist didn't bother to tell us there would be no breakfast served until we went up and asked him when it would be served. Paula was the only helpful, kind receptionist. Being advertised as a hostel, we expected to have access to tea & coffee making facilities at all times, but that was not the case.

I like the location and the simple but nice design of the bunkbeds. Also it was nice to have a view from the balcony. In the bathroom neither the sink was properly draining the water, nor the vent was working (this created a sauna-like environment just after a small shower). Also there was mold all over the ceiling. Moreover I was not expecting to find only 1 bathroom for 6people. The shower is together with the toilet, therefore if one is using it everybody else has to wait. Crazy to have this situation when you pay 33€ for 1 night.

Localizaçao estupende, se pode fazer tudo a pé. Quarto limpo, espaçoso e comodo. O banheiro era praticamente particular, nao tive nenhum problema para usar, nem tive que esperar em nenhum momento. Se podem guardar as malas depois do check in se precisar. Ambiente muito tranquilo e silencioso. O breakfast oferecido poderia ser melhor, os quartos nao tem ar-condicionado entao ficam bastante quente, pouca ou nenhuma interaçao entre hóspedes, é mais um hostel para descanso que para socializar.
