The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Porto, with all the main attractions, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally nice, kind and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Nothing in particular. We were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful historic property centrally located in Porto The only downsides is that they are in the middle of a major renovation and the pool was closed along with hallways being cordoned off and the grand stair case in the lobby - arguably the focal point of the hotel off limits with large construction tarps impeding the view

A beautiful hotel in a great location, there is renovations ongoing but it didn’t impact me! The pool is a great amenity but would benefit from seagull deterrents.

Location is great with access to all sightseeing. It’s was noisy at night if you windows are located outside.

Beautiful. Lovely staff. Notification about renovations before our stay did not make clear that whole sections of the hotel would be out of use. Such a shame. It meant that facilities-wise it wasn’t 5 star during our stay.
