Only minor complaint was the two flights of stairs to reach my room, which was tough with big suitcases. But the staff helped carry the suitcases up!

The staff was great , and the rooms clean . The temperature in the room , was too hot at night even with the vac set at 18. The mirrors / lighting was not good. Very hard to see yourself when getting ready.

Loved having two sinks and full 24 hour access to water and coffee. Layout of the hotel was artistic and fun.

We had a great experience at the d'Alma. The room was comfortable and having the balcony was so nice. The location was perfect for walking to local sights, shopping, and restaurants. The best part was the wonderful staff. Every member was so friendly and helpful. We would recommend the d'Alma without hesitation to anyone traveling to Porto.

The room was incredibly spacious, clean, & had everything you need! This hotel exceeded all expectations! I will definitely be back . There is construction happening nearby, but they finish ~6pm

The room was very cozy, comfortable and had all the amenities in very good condition. It was very silent and even the slightest noises outside seemed very loud.

Great location. Comfy bed. 4 flights with no elevator was not ideal. There was a funny smell in the bathroom. Hard for Uber to access.
