Nothing in the bathroom to have your own personal things. No toiletries, but hand soap. Just water the first day.

The staff was great. Location and breakfast was great

Convenient Dated, walked thru garage to access elevator, very dark at night.

Very clean and larger than usual rooms. The shower was always hot and we had fresh towels daily even if not needed. It was a quiet location and very convenient to walk to most areas. We walked down to the Metro station and used it when we could. We even used Uber twice as the hills were tiring some days. My cousin and I stayed 4 nights at the Porto Domus Hotel. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. All was good.

The location was excellent - it’s at a walkable place from all major attractions. The best part about the hotel was the fact that they serve home-made cakes to everyone who stays there. These cakes are absolutely delicious - real kudos to whoever bakes them. Not much to complain

close to city center so you could easily walk if you dont want to take the bus. quiet area, slept very well. breakfast was ok. you don't have a lot of options to choose from, but you can find smth to eat. building is old, so it has that specific old building smell inside - but note that it isn't because of the cleanliness, it's just the buliding.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants and centre of the city. Room was clean and quiet. Anna at the front desk was very nice and helpful.Always greeted us with a big smile on her face. Went above and beyond to explain everything and show us places to visit. We’d return to the same place again. Thank you.

Everything, very attentive staff, very good Breakfast, the room and the bathroom was big and spacious, The parking was a little small, but in Europe almost every parking are the same, so that was not an issue

staff is very friendly, kind and helping smelly bed linen.... I couldn't sleep awakening over and over because of that bad smell. either bed is old or linen wasn't washed.

For a person traveling for work It had everything I needed, very clean and the stuff were very welcoming and helpful.

Location was quiet and lovely but close enough to all the attractions that we could easily walk wherever we wanted! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - just delightful people. Wish an iron had been in the room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was expeditious! Shuttle was very handy, and prompt. Room was very large and clean. Location to the airport was perfect, yet we didn't hear any noise.

The staff was extremely friendly. We arrived very late at night and they were welcoming. There is always a full water & tea station in the lobby w/ a lovely cake daily that was always pleasant to arrive back from a long day of sight seeing to enjoy a coffee & cake. I wish there were toiletries in the bathroom. It was very minimal with hand soap at the sink & bodywash in the shower. Estra blankets would have also been appreciated.

Everything so far was great!

Very friendly staff - Angela! so cheerful and welcoming. Location is great and walking distance to the metro/light rail. Room is spacious and clean. My room was right next to the rear lift - so, from time to time I can hear the lift noise. Doesn't bother me too much as I wear ear-plugs - am prepared.

Front desk was exception! Thank you Angela. Breakfast. Rooms were radically different in updatedness.

We were greeted with very friendly staff who helped us to store our luggage and then to check in when we came back. Rooms are a good size. Bathroom & shower were a nice large size for European standards. Hotel has an elevator which is excellent :) Comfortable sleep that night. Parking is on the street only (free parking on weekends). It is in a good location to walk from with lots of options for restaurants. The suggested Chicken Churrasco place Madueira's? (I think)? was SO DELICIOUS and great value! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A cosy, quiet hotel with mostly excellent staff. Anna was outstanding with suggestions for tours and other stuff. Thank you Anna! The tea and coffee along with cake and pastries provided by the hotel was much appreciated. Far from the city centre.. a 20 minute walk. However it was a quiet area. A fridge was provided but it froze all my food One of the front desk staff spoke no English at all and I found it difficult to communicate with him.
