Staff were great! Breakfast was good with many options.
-
The shower floor was a little slippery. There could have been more/better towel racks

Breakfast was wonderful! Fresh fruit and very nice selection. Good location with a few minutes to local metro stop. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nothing to be noted
-
Modern hotel. Slightly outside of the city centre but conveniently located. The car park was extremely secure. The hotel does not have a residents bar open in the evening.

We had early tours in the morning we had to go to the start of breakfast at 7am. They were still setting up and coffee had not been even started. However breakfast was delicious.

Facilities were very nice and staff helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Found the location a little out of the way for our needs. Would have liked to have a coffee pot in the room or available early in the morning.

Beautiful little oasis in a crowded city. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. Nothing negative

Very beautiful place, with the garden. Clean and pleasant room, equiped with all necessary facilties, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Close to the main street My room was just next to the elevator and it was very noice. Also the location is far from the water front.

Very nice looking hotel with a great vibe, even in February. The staff is quite helpful, you get some complimentary items upon arrival. The location is good, close to metro stations. Modern, stylish rooms with good comfort. I thought the breakfast could have been a little more diverse given the price tag (non-included), but that's about it.

we liked how it was a close walk to major areas, yet still quiet at night . Hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. Style and room size very nice . we did have a slight issue and had to change rooms but were taken care of right away . would stay again!

Clean, friendly staff and good facilities.
-
The property overall is very well located and it is beautifully set up. Would have appreciated a queen/king bed instead of the twin beds.
-
Clean and fresh smelling sheets. Nothing, well kept and friendly staff.
-
SUper cute hotel. Easy to walk to all areas. The coffee wasn't great.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed at ground floor. Outside window were full of plants which provided excellent view and privacy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

LOVED THE BREAKFAST FORMAT Breakfast, while tasty, just kinda sat in the stomach. Bit of a walk from city center.

This hotel was a thirty minute walk from the train station in Porto, as well as thirty minutes from the sights I was most excited to see while there. The breakfast offered in the morning was diverse and delicious, a perfect way to start off my day adventuring around the city. The room I was in was perfect for a solo traveler like me and the AC worked really well and was easy to collaborate, which is something I've found is hit and miss in hotels. The size of the room was perfect for me since I was traveling solo but I could see it being cramped for multiple people if you have a lot of luggage. The bed was very firm, which some may find uncomfortable but I didn't mind because firm is better for my back.

The air conditioning in the room did not work and the staff could not fix it. It seemed it was the thermostat
