Reviews
-
Great staff and a wonderful breakfast.
-
The location was very good. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, it’s a good value of money. The room was somewhat old, the elevator was sometimes a disaster, we stayed at 15th floor and it took us more than 20 mins to go down to the restaurant.
-
Great location. Was pleasantly surprised we were able to get into room early and start to enjoy our time in Porto. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everybody was super gentle Everything was good
-
Ana at the breakfast, Sergio at the front desk, above and beyond service, overall a great experience
-
The staff was very helpfull and friendly. We enjoyed our time at the swimming pool. The room was big and clean. The breakfast has a great variety. We knew there is no balcony for the room, but we were expecting that at least the window to open completely. It might be like that for safety reasons, we just wished we knew this. Also I would recommend dinner somewhere else as we did not really like the dinner options.
-
a bit far in distance from the centre but it’s not too bad. The hotel looks a bit outdated but still nice. The windows by the pool area is bit dirty but swimming pool, the jacuzzi and sauna was nice
-
Untrained staff. Poor value for food

Huge hotel far from centre, but good public transport. Far away from the centre, just a big hotel.
