We had bday, hotel gave us a bday cake and champaign, fruits, which was so nice and kind Breakfast nice- only 15 euro. Tasty, enough choice to eat

The only things I didn’t like were related to the iron and reception service. The iron they provided is a steam iron, but we were told we had to return it within one hour. Because of this, every day we had to go to reception to pick up the iron and then bring it back again, which was inconvenient. Also, when we called reception by phone a few times, they did not answer.

Lovely comfortable hotel, room was big and the views were so nice. Bathroom very spacious and the breakfast had great variety. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was very disappointed to see that there was no bar or food after 4pm each day which wasn't ideal if you wanted to just relax in the evening in the hotel as it was a good walk to the bars/restaurants.

Large size room and washroom, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from. Location was safe to walk to, well lit street. Large hypermarket down the street, perfect for snacks and drinks. No conditioner provided, just shower gel and shampoo. Shower could have been redone, there was a little mold in one corner. Location was just out of the main city center, so a bit more of a walk.

A solid 25-30 minute walk to the Ribera area, but aware of that when booking. Easy to walk to the historic center and just get an Uber back if going all the way down to Ribera

While our stay was very enjoyable overall, we felt the reception experience could have been a little warmer. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, but we had expected a more welcoming atmosphere upon arrival, especially given the excellent reviews we had read beforehand. This is only a minor observation, as everyone was professional and willing to assist when needed.

Room was spacious, clean, and bathroom was very nice. Hotel was bright and well maintained. Top deck was beautiful and had a clean and safe parking garage.

A little bit out of the main town, but this meant there was no noise outside the room so that was good. Comfy massive beds and nice bathroom. Talking to the staff online through booking.com felt like talking to AI, and it was very frustrating to have to repeat questions and not get them answered. It would be good if they didn't rely on AI to interact with customers.

The bathrooms were very clean - looked new The location is too far from tourist points. Have to walk 5 mins then metro to get anywhere. Or else take Ubers
