Bathroom need maintenance. Shower cabinet is leaking

I loved the location Mediocre breakfast and no full length mirror in the room which was inconvenient

Staff was very nice and breakfast was good with lots of options. Having to carry suitcases up the stairs, but understandable.

We were able to drop off our backpacks upon arrival before the check-in time later in the afternoon. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast the next morning was also very lovely. There are absolutely no hooks anywhere to hang anything. Lots of wall space but it would be great if there were some hooks provided to hang things.

It is more like residential stay-hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Distances are like 15 min to Livraria Lello as example.

Our stay at 100 Contos in Porto was very nice. The place was clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of the main attractions, which made it very convenient. The breakfast was also good. We had a pleasant experience overall.

The apartment did not feel 'clean'. We also ran out of toilet paper, and there was no one to ask for it at night. The towels were way too old and did not look fresh.

Clean, accurate with pictures, good thick curtains, cute balcony, hot water, AC/heater in the room, nice shower, from the airport I got there extremely tired, I knocked for 12 hours -> the bed certainly didn’t deceive me :) Checking in was super easy, good location, there’s a camera in the entry so leaving your luggage for the day (after check out or before check in) is pretty safe to say the least :) Breakfast is heartwarming! Personally I like pillows with good volume, these were just a tiny bit flat

room was very comfortable, even has a terrace. Good bed, water in room for drinking. Check in was easy. The building is rather hard to identify. A better sign would be helpful.

The location is very convenient . and the room is cozy. The breakfast is great.

This was a superb value for the money. Everything we needed and a terrific staff. They let us keep our luggage there until we checked into the next place

Extremely cosy place that we would definitely recommend and revisit. The room was perfectly cleaned and there was all what we needed - also a nice small balcony with two chairs and a table and with a nice view over the roofs and gardens. And, very important: Really welcoming staff who greeted us and contributed to the pleasant atmosphere. Perfectly located with just 10-15 minutes walk to the Douro river.

breakfast was okay and sufficient, rooms were basic but also sufficient, bathroom was okay, personnel was very friendly, once arrived, there was a problem with the keys and it was solved within ten minutes, location was good

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, clean and tidy, located in the city center. I would recommend the accommodation.
