The location was amazing!!! Value for location was great! The hotel was 10-15 minutes walk from different metro stations. Lots of bus stops close by. Lots of places or interest close by. Lots of shopping and food close by. The staff are amazing and super responsive and attentive. The bathroom was not as expected. No countertops or surfaces to put things on. There was no AC (altho a fan was provided).

The location of the hotel is terrific and within walking distance to many sites. Breakfast was nice. The room was not the room that we expected to get.

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for my needs.

The host, Regina, was so helpful! She helped me organize mailing a parcel to Santiago de Compostela. The room was simple and clean. The pastries at breakfast were delicious and the location in Porto was good for exploring the city.

It was a perfect location! The room were very nice and we even had a small balcony overlooking a nice courtyard. The room was so cute and impeccable. The water was hot and fantastic water pressure was good and strong. Honestly- nothing! All good.

Location, charm Beds were hard and uncomfortable

Hotel is a large house that has been converted to rooms. It is close to Trinidad tram stop and old town. There are coat hooks near entry door. Room faces south, overlooking a large plaza, with two insulated floor to ceiling windows, and interior wood shutters that can be closed to keep out the heat of the afternoon sun. It is nice to be able to open the shutters and windows to let in the cool evening air. Breakfast included coffee, orange juice, sweet roll, hard rolls, ham and cheese. There are few outlets, and the shelving in bathroom is very limited. The bathroom door has no hooks for hanging clothes or towels. The sink is small.

I liked the location. It was close to many attractions. It was an old building and the floor was sagging. The bathroom was too small.
-
High ceiling, big windows, classic old school European hotel. No a/c, thin walls depends on neighbors.
-
Location, cleanliness, breakfast included No A/C but the fan worked well
-
Location is the best. Staff very friendly. Older building, no elevator but staff assisted with luggage.

Breakfast was delicious, just right, staff was great and very helpful. It is an older hotel, without an elevator but the staff carried our luggage to our third floor room. Location is great!! Upgrade the bathroom.
