Location Breakfast value

The staff was friendly and amazing offering us advice on where to dine etc. Magda and the John (not sure how to write his name) were exceptional!! As a Travel agent traveling with 3 other clients I had requested twin beds month before trip. I was not happy when I had to share a bed with my client. My other two clients were also given a room to share bed but they did manage to find a twin room for them. We had previously stayed at Moon & Sun in Lisbon and really liked there set up for breakfast much better. We did go to breakfast one day and it was so crowded we had to wait for a table. By that time, coffee empty and we had to ask for things that were empty on the buffet. Did not think it was worth the charge.

The elevator did not work. The staff was unfriendly/unhelpful for the most part. Room was not ready when we arrived and breakfast was not offered for free. Every other hotel we stayed in accommodated us with breakfast on arrival.

Great location A little too noisy at 0100-0300

Staff were very kind and answered all questions. A welcome drink was provided upon arrival. Hotel was clean. Very spacious for European standards (I did initially book a larger room). Very convenient location. Close to more touristy areas but off the beaten path. Quiet with some cute restaurants/bars nearby. They have a rooftop bar however, the weather was not the best so we didn’t get to enjoy it. Overall, a lovely stay.

The breakfast was very good with a large variety of choices. The location was excellent with many restaurants close by. We had a superior double room, which was perfect. The barman Nikita, was very welcoming, and the staff at reception could not have been more helpful. We could not operate the air conditioning unit and had to ask reception for help, and there were only a couple of English-speaking channels on the TV; we would have preferred more.

Staff is nice and helpful. The ventilation in the room is bad, the wall and the floor inside the shower not clean.

I stayed at this hotel during a conference in Porto and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—central and surrounded by many restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was extremely accommodating and provided everything I needed throughout my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful welcome note and the delicious macarons. The breakfast was good overall, though the selection was somewhat limited. Offering more vegan and vegetarian options would make it even better. The Wi-Fi speed wasn’t particularly strong for me, but it was still usable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this property. Wish breakfast could have some vegan food optipns.

Some of the Staff were outstanding. I left something in the safe after I checked out. I realized a few hours later and the front desk had retrieved it for me and was waiting for me when I arrived hours later. The room was really, really small. We could hear our neighbors talking and they were not raising their voices. We were on the 4th floor and when we first went up with our luggage in the elevator we dropped and then didn’t move for a few seconds. We got to our floor. They knew of problems with the elevator though no one advised us. There had been repairmen there earlier but was not fixed. In fact it was never fixed while we were there. It was not until the 3rd day when they finally put up signs on every floor indicating the elevator was out of order and could not be used.

The lighting in the bathroom could be improved, especially next to the makeup mirror ;).

Location, location, location. Also, the parking arrangement, where the hotel offers to valet your car (for free) to a nearby parking lot (paid) - was tremendously welcome and helpful! Overall super nice staff! Room could have been a bit bigger.
