Staff was great, very helpful and attentive. The location was in a great arty part of the city and the hotel grounds itself were well decorated. One side of the hotel is quite loud, so would recommend booking room on the other side

Very nice place and very accommodation staff. Location is also excellent, with walking distance from most touristy places in Posto. I cannot think of anything. Maybe it would have been nice to have TV in hotel bar to watch Soocer World Cup

Personnel: each and everyone professional, helpful, friendly. Room functional. Everything that a guest could need is there. Firm mattress. Clean! Clean! Clean! Location is perfect: center, walking distance to all points of interest. Nothing - all was great!

Over All very Good, Lot to choose from, and Food it was prepared well. The variety was good Coffee - can be improved.

Minor issues with USB ports not working and toilets running. Staff were happy to fix any issue, but didn't always work

Great location, awesome design concept. Clean and inviting, wonderful breakfast with vegan options, staff super nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend and stay again next time we are in Porto. Nothing, it was perfect!

The location was perfect, breakfast was great, and even though our room overlooked the sometimes noisy street, the windows are strong and blocked out the noise completely!

Location, interior design concept, breakfast was awesome at a very reasonable price, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The small details when receiving guests and the chat provided prior to arrival made us feel very welcomed. Thanks to all! Can’t think of anything!!

Our group that was 4 friends walking the Litoral Route of the Portuguese Way of the Camino Santiago. We had two nights in Porto before starting our Camino. This hotel had a great bar, breakfast, and our rooms were a good size. All the staff were very helpful. We loved everything!

Friendly staff, convenient location, restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very very good. Room was clean and had what we needed Mattress was a bit too soft for my back. Instructions on entering and leaving the garage should be explained in advance.
