The bed and the room was very comfy, and the breakfast had a lot of options. The location of the hotel is amazing and the cleaning was very good as well. The crew was also very friendly and professional. The only thing that bothered us (a lot) was that we could hear the room to the side all night. I remember booking this hotel specifically because it had a tag saying that the room had good sound isolation, because we hate staying at places where we can hear the others, so that was very disappointing. We could hear people talking all night, and there was also a point where we could hear their intimacy and had to call the reception to see if they could do something about that.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD ON TRAIN TRACK RIGHT BELOW MY WINDOD. THERE WAS A BAD SEWER SMEEL, HOTEL SAID THIS WAS NORMAL AT TIMES.

The staff and the cleaning people! All amazing Noise, really unpleasant.. windows not sound proof, blackouts ruined, light all around the room! Walls made of plasterboard..

During my stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and well-furnished, offering a beautiful view of the city skyline. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast buffet, and the staff was always attentive and friendly.

Other than on the first day, no complimentary bottled water or coffee, which is, personally, ridiculous. If you've leased a car, you need to pay for parking as well at €14 a day. Great service, particularly from Beatriz Tavares, who was excellent. Rooms are tiny though clean.

It was difficult to have a good night sleep. The noise of the Metro started around 5 am. At night it can be heard till 1am. If you want to rest, pay attention to this issue before booking a room.
