Pleasant stay ?
-
I liked that it was cean and modern. I didn't like the lack of privacy in the bathroom.

The entire stay was perfect!!! The staff was amazing!!! So friendly and helpful. From check in to check out best hotel experience!!! We also had to rebook a sight seeing tour that another travel site cancelled and the hotel went above and beyond and booked us a great tour!!!

The staff are awesome, the location is very walkable from the centre. The room is a bit dark, the breakfast buffet is not really for a 5 star hotel - very limited option compared to other hotel that we had been, there is no proper coffee machine.
-
Lovely hotel situated near to a major tram station although you could easily walk to some places. Our room was very comfortable and a good size. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of items.

The towel warmer did not work. The phone did not work - they need better instructions! There was no place to hang things, no shelves, no way to hang washed clothes. No wash cloths.
-
Excellent staff and hospitality. Everything was clean and comfortable.
-
The size of the room was decent as well as the beds were comfortable Nothing in the room like shoehorn, cotton pads etc and the reception did not offer anything at checking in
-
We were informed that children are not allowed to use the indoor pool after a certain time in the afternoon. Although the pool was empty and the staff kindly made an exception for us, this restriction was disappointing, as access to the indoor pool for children was one of the main reasons we chose this hot

Absolutely the best service I have ever had at any hotel. Warm, attentive and eager to help with anything I needed.

A womderful hotel to stay in, the staf were amazing, the breakfast is very good, the spa...too. Everything is good.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering made to order eggs, meats, potatoes, all kinds of coffee and drinks, salads, cheeses, breads, pastries and desserts. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The steam iron in the room was very nice. They provided wash cloths in the bathroom. The area was quiet and nice with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and the river and bridge was pretty close, about a half an hour walk. The lighting by the makeup mirror could've been better. Otherwise, nothing else comes to mind.

Very clean, very good designed. Staff was friendly especially on reception. There was small communication issue: although we had already paid the full breakfast amount at reception for all days, the breakfast staff kept asking us to pay again on two mornings in a row.

Breakfast was really good- staff constantly refreshed the self service products. Omelettes cooked to order and done really fast. Used dishes cleared away almost as soon as you had finished with them. Staff friendly efficient and helpful Location was quite a way out of the town centre- 25-30 min walk downhill- but of course uphill on the way back. Taxi from centre to hotel under 5 e Indoor pool hours didn’t make sense 10.00-19.00. It should open from 07.00 so you can swim before breakfast and stay open later.

People were lovely Never saw pool

The hotel is exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything meets our expectations, including the comfort of the room, the comfort of the bed, the selection of breakfast menu served daily, and the location of the hotel. The staff at the reception counter were really helpful. The staff recommended that we visit a number of Porto attractions and the time that we should go to beat the crowds. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to others! -

It is an uphill walk from the city centre that may be challenging for some guests.

Very good

Convenient location, nicely decorated spacious room, top quality amenities, helpful and competent staff, indoor swimming pool and sauna, great food and value-for-money lunch in the restaurant. Mattress was a bit too soft for my wife and I, but that’s a personal preference. No parking on site, but there’s a large parking spot 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
