We had the 2 room unit, and the sofa sleeper was comfortable for a person over six feet tall! It was nice that the rooms were separated (by the bathroom) even though there were not doors to separate them. Very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and held our luggage in a locked room since we arrived in the morning.

Location. Rooms were great! Comfortable. Air conditioning doesn't reach the third floor. It was so hot which would have been accepted as a European thing but our friends on the 2nd floor said they were cold. We were so hot and up many times in the night. No fans when we called the front desk

Hotel was in an excellent location. Within 10 minute walking distance to main sites. Lots of dining locations in the area. Room was clean and modern. Prefer coffee maker in room instead of electric kettle. No room service, and the breakfast area was not really prepared for take out. We were on 3rd floor facing a square. Had to keep room darkening blinds closed most of time so we were not seen from street or close nearby buildings. Could sometimes hear street noise, but somewhat expected given central location.

The Air Conditioning temperature would go up on its own despite me always setting it on the lowest temperature.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was clean and very modern. Staff members were extremely helpful and were very knowledgeable about the city landmarks.All staff were very friendly.

The location. The room we got was not the room we expected from pictures on the website. Our room was much smaller than the others and only had a small window high on the solid wall. Felt dark and like a dungeon. We booked months ago but when asked if we could change the room they said they were sold out and another room was not available. It was disappointing for the price we paid.

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The location was amazing. I didn’t notice there is an iron, which would’ve been helpful.

Just perfectly located. Everything you need is all around you in minutes of walking out. Room sizes are great too with all facilities that can be thought of.

Good location, good service from staff, very helpful. The bathroom/shower. Felt like a fishbowl, too much light into bedroom, no "soft close" toilet seat.

This property is in a great location, close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We were here accidentally during a citywide celebration, but everything was great. Porto is a lot of walking, steep climbs, and numerous stairs, so be prepared! We were near the top and walked down to the waterfront easily, but the climb back up is a lot (use Uber if needed). Rooms were comfortable & water was hot. Highly recommend.
