The staff was fantastic and the house keeping extraordinaire. I want to thank all the girls that were at reception and serving breakfast. They were very kind and helpful with any of our questions and wishes. One time I mentioned that I prefer the yogurt with fruits inside and I got it for breakfast the next day. All their recommendations (especially Vania) for places to eat were great. The housekeepers were not only cleaning the room and folded nicely all our clothes and pajamas. Everybody made us feel at home. We had a great room with enclosed balcony and little kitchenette on the first floor with all amenities needed. The location was not in the noisy center, but for walkers maybe 20-25 min away. We used Bolt and Uber for minimum cost since we could not handle ups and downs of the streets. Wish will be more closed and on flat from the center where more of the attraction were... but we will go back to this boutique hotel at any time

Great found. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. A bit far to walk to the center- about 30 min The size of the bathrobe that were for only for somebody very slim

Exceptional

The staff were exceptional - the best I have ever interacted with in all my travels. The hotel had a lot of charm - would definitely stay there again if I was in Porto again.
-
Wonderful staff, they couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful breakfasts, super cool top floor room with balcony and minimalist concrete and mirrored shower room. Quiet place to stay and easy to get into Porto on the metro or to walk in

Central location. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Host is really friendly and helpful. We even got invited to the concert held in their other hotel nearby.

The art style and how spacious it is. Beautiful and tasteful design and decoration. Nothing! I loved everything about it!

We actually stayed in a sister hotel the Tipografia do Conto, which we absolutely loved! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a treat too. Nothing could have made this place better,

This is our 5 time staying at Casa do Conto and we look forward to many more stays.

In the end Casa do Conto was having some work done and I was upgraded to Tipografia do Conto for my stay. The staff were impeccable. Breakfast is served in a delightful room and was also of a really high standard. There is a lovely garden at the back and small pool which in the spring/summer time must be great. The location was a tiny bit farther from the centre than I had imagined but it was a nice walk up a largely pedestrianised shopping street. Each of the garden rooms has a balcony, there is a little Marshall Bluetooth speaker in the lovely bright room. The bathroom was clean, modern and spacious with high quality towels. The reception, lounge and bar spaces of the hotel are open and tastefully decorated with vintage furniture, ethnic rugs, books and lots of plants. The whole vibe is casual but chic. My stay wasn’t long enough

Marcia, Maria and Maria were amazing! Angels, very helpful, happy to meet them. The area. It wasn’t down town. The need to call for a taxi every time.
