The home made goodies at breakfast - yoghurt, almond butter, various cakes. The pool area and grass for relaxing. The little ants all over the property - both in our room and in the breakfast foods. The dirty pool. Crossing the busy road to get to the main hotel and pool. Having to knock on the locked door of the main hotel to get entry every time!!

Interior design and style. Staff was very welcoming. Pool was in a lovely secret garden. Breakfast could be more varied including hot food. You could order eggs but not much more. We booked the penthouse apartment which was great but one sideboard in the bedroom was missing a door. Also, it was in a different building so we had to cross a road for breakfast and the pool. Not ideal with young children. Not what I would have expected with the price we paid.

Beautifully designed hotel. We loved the room, dining areas and walled garden with heated pool. The whole hotel was thoughtfully designed with reading nooks and quiet spaces to chill and unwind. We loved everything about the place!

Staff was extremely kind and helpful, the decor is absolutely lovely and such a cool space, the breakfast is insanely good! Nothing :-) We loved it and 100% will be back here next time we’re in Porto

The staff were impeccable – very friendly and helped us every day with excellent restaurant recommendations! Hardly anything. The room was a little small and the shower flooded the floor a bit.

It is so beautiful and thoughtfully curated, it is like living in a tiny, comfy museum The staff were very friendly and I took photos of the property as inspiration it was so wonderful The location is central enough but not in a noisy area and mostly flat which is a blessing among porto's hills The courtyard was also so pictureesque and the breakfast had healthy homemade options Breakfast options could be increased

Extremely stylish, beautiful place to stay. Design is top notch. Breakfasts were delightful. We loved it here. The room was smaller than expected, no real place to put luggage, which is unfortunate given the price (and how perfect everythign else is). This could be easily fixed, it seems.

Breakfast was great, environment for outdoor eating was a treat. A little pricey for us but probably right in there with other properties in the same class. Bathroom could use better ventilation.
