Tidy and clean, it was what we expected and needed for an evening to lay our heads down before moving on. The room was simple, a little dark and showed some wear and tear, but it was close enough to the metro and a 25min walk into the city centre for our brief stop in Porto. Staff spoke a little English and were kind enough. Didn't really explore the hotel facilities as we weren't there for long.

It’s very conveniently located, close to the city centre but further enough away that it’s not noisy

Quiet location. Interior clean. Spacious room. Public areas adequate Working fridge useful. Air conditioning worked. Outside was quite dirty with broken neon sign. Sanitary ware functional but toilet had damaged seat and black mould on ceiling. Bathroom tired with fan not working and loose tile to side of bath. Kettle on side but poor drinks facilities. Breakfast basic and pictures on web page did not represent the reality.

Very different from what was advertised on Booking 1 - after all the "parking" was elsewhere and the very expensive payment was 15 euros. 2 - Fortunately we know English because the person who was at the reception did not speak Portuguese but is English as basic. The room was very modest - never 2 star. I found a mask(medical) on the floor by the window. The old bathroom with the bathtub door in poor condition. 3 - After all, the breakfast advertised on the website was paid and at a cost of 10 euros, too high for a continental. Finally, misleading advertising both on the outside (including the reference to the garage) and worse, a flashy rating of more than eight, when after all it is a "very generous" for me 6.7. I asked for the complaints book - the Portuguese "livro de reclamações" - and made one in writing. I later found that after all many of the reviews were similar to mine. Booking should remove this accommodation from their list. no parking, modest room, not clean, paid breakfast, not even the staff save it.

The location is great because everything is accessible on foot. Despite being almost in the center, the area is very quiet. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom. The shower is very open and the water runs through. The room was very small for 4 people. The breakfast was minimalist. The price is too high for what you get.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The price is too high for the quality of the room. When I made the reservation, I requested a baby crib for my infant, and they agreed. However, when we checked in, they gave us a room with one connected double bed and one bed for an adult. After we entered the room, they asked again if we wanted a baby crib, but we told them there was no space in the room for it. The room was extremely cold, and the bedding had a very bad smell. The bathroom smelled disgusting, with a strong sewage odor coming from the drains. After we went out to explore the city and returned at night, the room smelled strongly of oil or fuel, which was very unpleasant and overwhelming especially since we had a newborn baby with us. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Price Dust and waste under bed, some underwear after previous customers in wardrobe. Didn't find air ventilation in bathroom.

Location and lady on reception was very helpful Bathroom bath was very tiny and mouldy around the silicon. Only one small roll of toilet paper which was not enough for our stay had to use baby wipes. Step coming out of bathroom is also very dangerous until you get used to it being there.
